We installed our lighting with this company a year-and-a-half ago. The lights have been working great. Since then, a few LED’s became dimmer than others, and some shrubs started growing over the lights. We scheduled a maintenance visit, and they came out soon after and corrected everything. All the lighting has an excellent warranty, so there was no charge to replace the lights. The company placed the lights that were getting blocked on posts, and redirected them to light our oak trees properly. We even added a few more lights to some areas that David and his team recommended would enhance the garden just that much more.
David (company's owner) was quick to respond to all of my requests and did the job in a timely and professional manner. Miami Landscape Lighting has a great maintenance program. Highly recommended for anyone looking to do a Landscape lighting project.

David Suarez and his team did a great job with our house. He was prompt, efficient, and he uses very high quality fixtures. He listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions of his own, and we were very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend him for those considering lighting, and will definitely use him in the future.

Miami Landscape Lighting just finished installation at my home. David came highly recommended. After meeting with another company then with David, it was clear he was an industry expert and help me identify what was important and where to not waist money. Miami Landscape Lighting uses the best hardware and practices in the industry. David and his team were very professional and showed up when they said they would and completed the installation on time. Two days later we had an issue with an outlet and after notifying David they came out next day and fixed it no charge. If you want to avoid wasting the time to meet with several companies and just hire an honest and professional company, you will not go wrong with David Suarez at Miami Landscape Lighting Inc.

Miami Landscape Lighting installed new lighting in 2 properties for us. They have been doing an excellent job: by giving us a proper estimate, designing the perfect lighting, and executing the work professionally and on time. David Suarez, the owner, is very serious and reliable and he has managed to hire a team of dedicated and professional individuals. We have been extremely happy with their services.

I would highly recommend Miami Landscape Lighting for any exterior landscape lighting project. Exceptionally courteous, professional, honest and straightforward. They deliver what they promise. I have used them at my home and a rental property, and both projects were done very well and on time. I wish there were more people like David for other home projects.

They upgraded our outdoor lighting and added additional lighting on the water side. David was great to work with! There was an issue with power on the water side and he took the time to find a solution. The lights light up our palms and bushes so well now compared to what we had. If you’re looking for a lighting company, look no further!

Excellent experience. The workers were tidy with the yard-work and made my backyard look magical. Very well placed lighting, not too bright, changes the feel of the yard at night entirely. This is the second time I used David and his team. A couple of the fixtures from the first installation (four years ago) needed service. They were still under warranty so David came out and fixed them. During that appointment, I asked David's opinion of adding more lights around the perimeter of my property. His team arrived on schedule and installed the lights in a single day. I would recommend David and his team to anyone looking to enhance the beauty of their landscaping at night.

"Excellent" read on - In Miami it is difficult to find contractors that do what the say, when they say they will do it! Miami Landscape Lighting, David Suarez was professional, competent and creative. His pricing was very fair, not the least expensive, and by far not the most expensive. He listened to my objectives and did not try to sell me things that I did not need, like his competition. He was also very flexible, and did the project in phases, based on the other construction I had going on at the home at the time. I would highly recommend Miami Landscape Lighting, and a meeting with David to make sure you are headed in the right direction, before you make your investment with another company (btw...this is the first google review I have written for anyone, I must of have been impressed:-)

Hands-down, the best experience I have ever had with a contractor and Company. Ironically, I am a developer who has built over 200 projects and have had many experiences with different contractors/traits. This company was top notch from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Miami Landscape Lighting has the expertise and design ability to transform your outdoor area into something incredible. Not only are the fixtures beautiful, but David (owner) has an eye for design. He gave us very detailed and valuable advice on how to light up our outdoor area, and was able to give us a very clear picture of how it would look. David went above and beyond to answer all of our questions we had without hesitation and made us feel very comfortable through this whole process. The fixtures even come with a great warranty and he offers maintenance options as well, which is always a plus. Everything turned out beautiful and we will continue to use them for any future needs we may have. I highly recommended them for any outdoor lighting needs you may have!
