The business was prompt and communicative in responding to my calls and being transparent about timing and price. The professional who came even helped tighten up a pipe in another room without charging us extra. The professional was able to communicate perfectly in English and Spanish and clearly had experience dealing with condo bureaucracy.

The worst service and experience not recommended

I made an appointment with the guy a week before , to replaced two angle stop in a building, for that I had to pay to the association 100 dollar fees in order the shut off the building water main raiser, the guy “ David” didn’t show up at all, I call him for two hours more than 25 times and he never answer the phone, I even text him a reminder the day before of the appointment and he also didn’t response, at the end I loss the $100 dollars fees paid to the building management office, and the guy never showed up. It was very unprofessional for him. I wouldn’t recommend this guys at all. He is irresponsible, informal, carefree, disrespectful to the customer, and not serious at all.

The guy came to fix the leak under the sink and fix other pipes in my apartment. He installed a new disposal and actually made things WORSE. My dishwasher wouldn’t drain and the sink was leaking more! The guy told me it was fine when they left, but it wasn’t. The guy left the disposal plug in the thing and so water wasn’t able to drain from my dishwasher. Would not use.
The man also took my towel and left it under the water heater and never told me where it was.
