Septic Masters did an amazing job repairing my drain field and unclogged my house. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and completed the repair in a timely manner. The drainfield has been working perfectly since the repair. Highly recommend their services for any septic system. Thank you Septic Masters.

They were excellent. Found an elusive septic tank on a rental property I own and cleaned it out. Took them a few days but they never gave up and got the job done!

Hector and his crew provided exceptional service, going above and beyond our expectations. In the 20 years we’ve lived in Miami, we’ve never encountered such a high level of professionalism and dedication from any company. Our septic tank lid was buried and extremely difficult to locate, yet Hector and his team not only found it but worked tirelessly to clean our septic through the rain, staying well past 7 PM to ensure the problem was fully resolved. Their commitment to getting the job done right, no matter the challenge or weather, was truly impressive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable, top-tier service.

Hector, Eddie and crew were friendly, professional and did an incredible job with our hidden septic tank that hadn’t been serviced in decades. It took lots of digging, but they got it done.
Look no further than this company for all of your septic needs!

Hector is very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend and will use him for years to come.

Top service—quick and efficient. I called, and in less than 24 hours, my septic tank was cleaned.

Had a great experience with Septic Masters. I had a challenging situation since I have turf installed over my septic tank and didn’t want it to get ruined.

I had called other companies who simply refused to even do the job.

Hector on the other hand was very professional, courteous and thorough.

Not only did he answer the phone on a weekend, he gave me a detailed plan of how he would do it, showed up on time on the day we scheduled for the estimate and to see the site to ensure he could actually do it before committing, accommodated me when I had to change the date and finally came with his cousin with a camera system to find the exact location of the tank in order to have the smallest possible area to dig and least amount of cutting/damage to my turf.

He did an amazing job !

The turf looks like it was barely touched and he left the area very clean. He also created a new lid system that is much easier to access in the future with minimal digging. Can’t recommend Septic Masters and Hector enough and plan to use his company in the future.

Hector is a true professional and a man of his word. Arrived promptly as promised and completed a thorough and excellent job on my septic system. He’s our guy now!

If you need your septic pumped look no further!
Septic Masters is simply the best! After some bad experiences with other companies I am so grateful to find Septic Masters. They were easy to book , showed up on time, and went above and beyond to get the job done right , all with a great attitude. Not only did Hector resolve the issues, he restored my faith that decent humans still exist. Septic Masters are highly professional and providing a great service for our community.

Hector took an emergency call at midnight on a Saturday night with ZERO hesitation. He was responsive and enthusiastic. I called 3 other companies before and they all said NO. He got to work immediately and saved my airbnb guests who had no working toilets or showers. He is very honest and hard-working and his prices are Fair! Recommend 100%!
