I've used Tuttle Pool forever! Weekly service is done like clockwork, I can only think of 1 time they didn't show on the scheduled day and I was notified. Problems with the pump? They send out a mechanic... Highly recommend them

Reliable and they do good work. We moved into our new house about 5 months ago. We retained the service of the former pool maintenance company but the pool needed a lot of work and they were unable to do it. I gave Tuttle a chance at servicing the pool despite the fact they cost a lot more. The difference was night and day. You get what you pay for and if you want reliable good service, I recommend them.

My pool pump stopped working, I smelled something burned. I don't have a pool service so I called the place I get my chlorine and they scheduled someone to come out a week later. He showed up 6 hours late with no phone call, looked at it but didn't touch anything, told me to get an electrician because he didn't know if it was the motor or the wiring, and left.
I called Tuttle's Pool on the recommendation of a friend. Mark Tuttle came out the next day while I was at work and checked it out. The office called me with an estimate and made an appointment to fix it. He showed up on time, took it apart and checked the wiring (no electric issues), replaced the pump, reset the timer, tightened the filter, and was gone in half an hour. All within a week! I am so pleased that it all went as it should have, with no back and forth - so rare these days. The estimate seemed reasonable, especially given that it was a no-hassle process! Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Beautiful pool remodel by Tuttle’s Pool Company. The crew did an amazing job. Very professional and reliable. They took their time and were so precise to remodel our old and outdated pool. Wonderful experience with a professional company. Shout out to Sean Tuttle and his amazing crew.

Frist Day To Star And Say Next Day No Work Cause whe are slow

Called them to check out a leak, spoke to the lady on the phone, she told me to give them our address and that someone would show up the following day but they were unable to give us an exact time due to their work schedule blah blah etc etc. I cleared my schedule so I could be there to let them in. Never showed up, never called, nothing, called back to check and they would make it the following day, never made it. Those 3 overall stars from your customers must be something to feel proud of..

I used Tuttle’s Pool for over seven years. Their pool maintenance has gone downhill and is no longer acceptable. Their last repair was shoddy. I called to fix the issue, and the owner Mark, said he would come within the week. I waited 3 weeks and he never showed. I called the office several times , and was told they couldn’t give me an exact day or time for the service call. Meanwhile I only received chemicals and leaf skimming for $135 a month because without the repair, the pool pump couldn’t be turned on. Too, bad, Tuttle’s used to be a great pool company, but it isn’t one anymore.

Unfortunately, they came out in June to give me an estimate. Highly recommended by a family friend. Talked about doing the work and it seemed promising. They advised me an estimate would be emailed. I called several times and I kept being told estimates could take up to a month. Its mid September and still waiting. I guess they have too much work and my pool wasn't enough for them.
