Damien and his crew did an amazing job. They were on time. Everyone was very kind and friendly. They cleaned out my 4 bedroom house and garage quickly and efficiently. I will recommend ECS to anyone that needs this kind of service.

I'm very glad to have been able to use the Estate Cleanout Services this week. When I arrived at my late mother's home I was overwhelmed with how much work was going to be involved in cleaning it out. Between moms "collections", her "construction projects" and a very sentimental personality on an ADHD with some dementia mind.... mom had lots and lots and lots of stuff. Damien was my primary contact and is the new owner of the company this year after working for it for some time. He was the first member of the crew on-site, the last to leave, and he has one heck of a work ethic. I dont think I saw him stand still once he got to work. He was also really kind and completely non-judgemental about moms messiness. A decade ago when moms mind was sharper she would have been really embarrassed by what her home looked like. But Damien came in with a sort of "this is no problem, I hope she had fun with her different projects" attitude. He was also great about communicating with me via email and texts/photos when I had to leave town early. We used the ECS services in Key West FL in late March of 2026. I paid a little over $5k for the stuff clean out plus a small add on fee for a home cleaning/mopping type of service. For the huge amount of work hauling all the stuff out of moms home and yard, dump fees and the truck, I thought it was very good value for money. I would 100% recommend.

I had a great experience with Damien and his crew. They handled a full cleanout of my father’s condo, which was in very rough shape, and did exactly what was needed to get it ready to put on the market.

The space was extremely messy and required a lot of work. They cleared everything out, completed a deep cleaning, and painted the walls, which made a big difference in how the condo turned out.

They were reliable, easy to work with, and followed through on what was discussed. I appreciate how smoothly the process went and would recommend them.

Mark did a wonderful job, even though I was in another state, he took care of everything. Extremely responsive to suggestions and kept in touch every inch of the way.

From the initial phone call to the scheduling and job completion, Mark and ECS were professional and helpful. All questions answered, the quote stayed the same. Upon arrival they double checked their job to make sure they were removing the correct tree. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

Mark did a great job of cleaning up my dad's house after he died.He worked with me on my schedule (I had a friend going through the house looking for valuable/sentimental items and Mark paused the work for a week). He also arranged for minor roof repairs to stop the roof from leaking. This was particularly helpful since none of my father's family lived in Miami.

I called Mark at ECS when my friend passed away in FL and I became the executor of her estate. Quite a daunting task since i live more than 2000 miles away. Mark agreed to meet me and after he told me all that he and his crew would do I felt an overwhelming sense of relief. He did not disappoint! The house was clear and clean in a matter of days. I have used Mark’s Service twice now. The team showed professionalism and did a wonderful job. I needed my Aunts 3 bedroom condo and large patio area cleaned out for resale. It was done in 2 days because I added the patio area. And they also cleaned and vacuumed. They did a wonderful job. Then after she was placed in an Assisted Living in NH, I had them clean out her room and bathroom in Florida as well. Both times I had limited time and they met my deadlines. They are an amazing crew! 👏👏❤️

I became responsible for a house of a neighbor who passed away with no family, etc. He was a hoarder! I first had a need to clean up around the outside of the house due to a City violation notice. I contacted ECS, sent them pictures and description of what needed to be done. Within a day Mark provided me with very competitive price and a quick response. I was very impressed by the work that ESC did. His workers did not stop until the job was done! I got complements from the neighbbors and town officials about what a great job they did. Two years later I needed to clean out the inside of the house. Again, Mark gave me a competitive price, and within a few weeks his crew was back.
