I called them on Wednesday afternoon due to a toilet leak. I gave them all the information and they were here first thing Friday morning with parts!
I spoke to Barry on Wednesday and Jimmy did the work. Both gentlemen were polite, respectful, and provide good customer service!
I will definitely use them for any of my future plumbing needs!!

I called another plumbing co. first and they wouldn't commit to a day or time. I then called Black Pearl, and not only did they commit to a same-day repair, they completed the job in less than 2 hrs after the initial contact. Brad & Jon Jon were courteous & professional and did a great job. I will call BPP first when future work is needed and recommend them to everyone. I had a shutoff valve break late on Friday afternoon, they plumber was here in less than 30 minutes and replaced two shutoff valves for me in a little over an hour on Labor Day Weekend.
The price was very reasonable, I recommend them for all your pluming needs, excellent service and quality workmanship.

I called Black Pearl Plumbing due to a broken tub spout/shower diverter. I spoke to Barry, and he sent two plumbers out to our home the following day to evaluate the problem. The two plumbers quickly, expertly and properly repaired the broken spout without having to cut another hole in the wall. The spout had broken off inside the wall, near the selector valve. Thank you for the great job you did fixing our tub/shower. Highly recommended! I will definitely call Black Pearl Plumbing for future work.

I wouldnt go anywhere els ! They were so easy to deal with ! They went above and behond expectations today! Told me things I should do to continue having a clear drain for my laundry/shower ! After paying them they new I didn’t take there concerns seriously! So they did the things they were concerned about anyway to address my issues for free . After they pointed out all the issues showing evidence of poor work and neglect they came back AFTER I PAID same day and fixed what they were concerned about to make sure I didn’t deal with anymore issues !

Recently, My wife, Jenn, and I contracted with Stonabilities to fabricate and install new Cambria quartz countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms. We asked who they would recommend to have our plumbing disconnected and then later reconnected as well as install new faucets and plumbing. They recommended Black Pearl Plumbing in Middleburg. I checked the reviews and was satisfied with their A+ BBB rating and some recent comments. I then decided to stop in and meet the owner, Barry Beasley. I am so glad I did. I explained the situation and before I walked out of his office we had a handwritten agreement.

Barry assigned Jimmy, an experienced, honest, and professional plumber to oversee our plumbing project. On two occasions, Jimmy brought an extra person to make sure all the bases were covered. My wife and I are thrilled with their work and expertise. Jimmy had to reconfigure our plumbing under our sink because the new sink was 4” deeper. He worked hard and efficiently, and even returned on a Saturday morning to ensure we had a working kitchen sink for the weekend before he could return on Monday to install the plumbing/fixtures in the bathrooms. Moreover, the entire plumbing project was kept within the budget we had initially agreed upon. I plan to use Black Pearl Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Well done Black Pearl Plumbing!

Black Pearl plumbing has been great every time I call them. They are prompt and courteous. Jimmy the technician is very knowledgeable. He does the job quickly and I have never had any issues. I will continue to use Black Pearl.

Driver likes to tailgate people only to get stopped at the next 3 stoplights. Make it make sense! Driver needs to go back to driving school.

Call them on Thursday they said they call me back Friday or Monday I’m still waiting it is Monday at 4 o’clock would never recommend them terrible customer service.

my yard is full of flags and paint and not a soul discussed with me their intentions on my property which by the way has an electric fence for the dog.

I spoke with the owner asked how much to pour a shower pan he gave me a price of 250.00 when his guys got to my house all they did was put a liner in that we had and a pro step and charged me 320 when I called him to complain that they never poured the shower pan he said they don't do that gave me a whole story of how he explained that to me which he never did costs 350 for a shower pan why would I pay him 320 for a pro step not a stand up company will never use them again!!

Driver likes to obstruct the flow of traffic like a child!!
