All reviews for Big Branch Tree Service

I've used Big Branch for years to do all my tree work. I have a large yard with big trees. They have taken down some monsters with zero issue. They even showed up within an hour when I had a tree fall on my roof unexpectedly. I love these guys and can't recommend them highly enough.

Once again, Big Branch did an awesome job from the beginning to the end. Very affordable for the amount of work that was performed. I would give Big Branch a 6 out of 5. Am always blown away by their work. Thank You again for a very fine job!!!!!! Would recommend them to anyone. A very fine oiled machine, Thanks. Poetry in motion!!!!

I was very impressed with professionalism and abilities of this team. They were worked very hard to take down in a tree in a very tight spot and caused no damage. I was very pleased. Will continue to use your service. You never let me down.

Big Branch Tree service is the absolute best in Clay County! The entire crew from Carlee setting things up, James giving the best quotes and the guys who showed up on time, respected my property and every time they have gone above and beyond! Leaving it better than they found it. Fair and honest pricing well worth it. Thanks again for the great work see you next year!

The entire crew worked together like a well oiled machine. Professional and polite. I had no clue they placed large yard protectors sheets down so their heavy equipment wouldn’t tear up the yard, a real bonus. Through clean up and beautiful job with the tree trimming - artistically finished. Thank you all for an amazing job. Big Branch was recommend by five people during my 2 days of inquiring!! Now the only tree company I will use!

I highly recommend Big Branch Tree Service. They responded to my request for a free consultation immediately. The Estimator, James was friendly and courteous and did not pressure me. The crew came on the prescribed date and completed the job quickly and courteously. They cut down 2 trees, cut dead wood and shaped up another. They trimmed overgrown scrubs away from the house as well and left no trace that they had done all that in about 2 hours! They were absolutely amazing! You will love the work this company does for you!

Five Stars seems too low to rate these guys! They are amazing at what they do. They are efficient, and well organized. Everyone on the team knows their job and does it well. They take precautions to protect your property. I highly recommend Big Branch Tree Service to anyone needing trees removed.

We have used Big Branch several times, and without fail they show up on time, are the best in the business, are courteous and professional and always go the extra mile.

From start to finish Big Branch exceeded my expectations with the service they provided. I felt each person that worked on my trees did an excellent job.

I will be using Big Branch again. They were the first company to answer my request for a quote when other companies either didnt follow up or continued to reschedule. When Big Branch came to cut some of the trees they were in and out in 2 hours! Love a company that is quick, efficient, and follows through.

Big Branch Tree Service did a great job, I have been using them for tree services for years. They trimmed a Laurel Oak in my front yard, 6 men 4 trucks done in less then 45 minutes. They were like a well oiled machine everyone knew their job.

I was very pleased with Big Branch Tree Service. The estimator was punctual and gave us a fair price for us and our neighbors. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They got everything done quickly, and removed the entire palm tree. I give them an A+.

We can't say enough of how great of job Big Branch just did on our property! All of their workers were professional and kind. They did an outstanding job on what we requested of them on all of our trees. We were very pleased with the amount they charged compared to other tree services we have used in the past. Lastly, they cleaned up beyond our expectations when they were all finished with their work. We will recommend them to all of our neighbors.

This company came into our area after Hurricane Helene to work in the area. We had 3 large trees they were able to remove from our house. They completed the job quickly and were so efficient and professional. They left the site clean and didn't leave any debris behind.

Amazing work! Best tree company. They really take their time and do a clean job.

Big Branch Tree Service arrived at the appointment time and immediately started to work. This is the second time I have used Big Branch. They did an excellent job. After they completed with the trees they cleaned up the area. I highly recommend Big Branch.

I want to start by saying, wow! What a great company this is! From the very first phone call to the handshake at the end of the tree service, this company was stellar! Doug came out and gave me my estimate within a days phone call to solicit their business. He was very thorough and had a ton of great information and knowledge about the job I was asking to have completed. Their team showed up exactly when they were scheduled, and their crew leader, Mark, went over the entire process with suggestions and advice and lead his team to complete what I considered a big job in no time at all. Everyone was very courteous, professional, and left my yard in better shape than it was when they showed up. Great work from a great company. I would highly recommend if you need any sort of tree service, please reach out to this company. You will not be dissatisfied. Thank you Big Branch Tree Service!

I recently had a water oak tree removed from our yard, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. The team was professional and efficient throughout the entire process. They handled the removal with great care, ensuring that no damage was done to my yard or surrounding areas. The cleanup was thorough, leaving my yard spotless. We will always highly recommend their services to anyone in area needing tree removal!

The crew was prompt, polite, professional and truly amazing at their talent to remove that huge sweet gum tree ! They were awesome .

Employees were on time and conducted themselves in a very professional yet pleasant attitude. Their clean-up surprised me as the yard was beautiful on completion. Above all, the price was very acceptable. Have received many compliments.

Absolutely the best tree service we've every used! On time, friendly and hardworking, Mark and his "A-team" did a fantastic job taking 3 trees down, and pruning 11 others. Clean-up was 100% complete. Most highly recommended for all tree work where skill and professionalism are required.
