Road Runner Appliance Repair went above & beyond in helping us with our broken freezer. Jackie was excellent with communications and Justin was the absolute best! Very courteous & professional. Highly recommend!

Our washer machine stopped draining one day before a long weekend (Veterans Day weekend). I called Road Runner Appliance in hopes that they could schedule a tech the same day and to my surprise, they were able to. The tech came on time and even brought the drain pump, which was needed to fix the machine. They already knew the issue before arriving! That is what you pay for when you hire Road Runner. Instead of coming to my home, reviewing the issue and ordering the part into the following week - they fixed it on the spot! That's professionalism. I will call this company from now on for any appliance issue. Very impressed and thanks for saving the day. To the business owner: my review is under an alias name for privacy, but you will probably figure out who I am based on my review. Thank you!

My first experience with Roadrunner Appliance Repair was excellent. Jackie, who answered the phone, was cheerful, listened well, and set me up for a service call that same day. She is a real asset to the company. Jason , the technician who serviced our refrigerator AND washing machine, did a great job. I was impressed with the patient and diligent way he diagnosed, explained, and then fixed the two units. The repairs took a long time (no fault of his; the problems were complex) but he was thorough, calm, and pleasant the entire time. The entire experience was a pleasure and the appliances are back to normal. If Jackie and Jason are representative of Roadrunner’s other team members, it is no surprise their ratings are sky-high. I heartily recommend this company!

We have used Road Runner in the past for our refrigerator and we’re very pleased. We again contacted them with an additional problem with the same refrigerator and again very pleased. The repair person kept us involved the entire time and did an amazing job.

So glad I called them! From the appointment setup to having Justin come out to take a look at our washing machine it is evident that they care and are about providing the best service possible. Unfortunately, our machine is beyond affordable repair even after Justin called GE on our behalf to see what they could do for us under warranty. Did not expect to get that kind of service because it didn’t seem as if that would be his responsibility. But he made that call and got back to me by the end of the day with the news. On top of that he referred us to someone who may be able to help replace our washer at a reasonable price and avoid the “big box” markups. Again, not what I would expect. RoadRunner will be our go to for any future appliance issues and will also be referred to anyone we know looking for repairs! Thank you Justin and the team!!

My dryer wouldn’t turn on. Made an appt for the same day. Jason came out to take a look. Called on his way and showed up right on time. Had to order part, took two days and Jason came back out, arrived on time and had the repair done quickly. Great service!

Justin has done an excellent job repairing our LG refrigerator and dishwasher. He's definitely a 5 star guy but I do not share his belief that LG is a good company anymore.

Super awesome family owned company! Came out same day to fix our snowbird friend's LG refrigerator. Super clean and professional. They were recommended by our regular appliance company who does not work on LG. Their office staff was also really kind and nice to deal with. We're very happy. ❤️

Prompt service, friendly and great price to repair my dryer after the control board went out due to power surge. Great experience from the first phone call to the service provided.

I called and they provided same day service within 2 hours to diagnose my problem. 5 days later my part arrived and a repair appointment was made for 2 days later with only a 2 hour window which I appreciate. Both technicians that came to the house were friendly, on time, and efficient. Jason, who did the actual repair was very thorough and careful with reinstalling my dishwasher. Very professional from the first phone call to fixing my dryer. They explained everything. He came on Memorial Day, on time and as scheduled. He explained everything in detail and had the parts with him to fix the dryer without having to wait weeks and come back. He finished quickly and cleaned up everything better than when he arrived. To my surprise they do more than appliance repair, he also cleaned the dryer vent and left cleaning products to clean the garbage disposal and top loader washing machine. I will definitely be calling on them again.

This was my first experience with Road Runner, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience. From the lady that answered the phone, Jacki, to the service men who fixed my problem, everything was handled professionally. I will highly recommend Road Runner to all my friends.

Kyle and Jason were efficient, fast, and even came early. I appreciate the quick fix for my washer-dryer combo! I’ve had great experiences with Road Runner before, and even as a renter they’re more efficient than our normal maintenance people!

Jason & Kyle were superb! They quickly fixed our dishwasher and kept the area spotless. This is the second time we've used RoadRunner and both times the customer service was amazing. The owner Justin is an honest hardworking guy and his leadership is reflected in his employees. There is NO reason to consider any other company for appliance repair.

My washing machine needed repairs, and RoadRunner Appliance Repair was recommended by another repair company who didn’t work on my brand. I had a couple of problems, one of them being a leak that another repair company could not find the source of. Justin came out quickly, and within a couple of minutes diagnosed the leak. Shortly after, he figured out my other issue. The entire call was less than 30 minutes. He ordered the necessary part and installed it the day after it was received. My washer was only down for a few days instead of weeks as it has been in the past when repairs were needed. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and even did a quick repair on another issue he found while my machine was apart. He and his office are very friendly, professional, and prompt. He was at my house when he said he would be, and I only had a 2-hour window. I didn't have to sit home for the entire day waiting for him. This is a company I highly recommend and will call the next time I need repairs on an appliance!
