7th generation is nothing but exceptional! They were fast, efficient, and most of all friendly. They were really good with my dogs being around, and took the time to show me things they did. 100% will always be using them for all our new and future home needs!

Working with John and his team was absolutely amazing. They were right on time so prepared and worked so hard all day to get the job completely. The workmenship is good. They went beyond our expectations with everything they did.

Top notch company with polite and professional staff!! They take the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. George came out to do a cleaning for us and found a few areas that needed attention so he took the time to show me what else needed to be done and was rescheduled immediately to come back in 2 days, not 2 weeks. 5 Stars. I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs.

This company exceeded expectations. My technician (Kyle) was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He communicated the condition of my system effectively and talked me through solutions. No sales pitch or upsell. Just honest, quality service.

Kyle came out and was fantastic. Another Port Charlotte AC company came out prior to Kyle, diagnosed the problem as a faulty condenser motor and bad capacitor. They quoted me $1751.26 to replace them plus a $90 service call fee. Kyle said the capacitor tested fine and it would just be a motor replacement. Total was $691, a savings of $1150.26. Trust this company they are wonderful.

We had our 18 year old unit replaced with 7th Generation this week. The entire experience was excellent. We were able to get an appt for an estimate within a few days and the replacement within a week. The estimator was knowledgeable, the cost was very reasonable, the technicians were efficient and clean and everyone was very courteous and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

He answered all of my questions in detail and even offered suggestions to help with efficiency and improved performance for my system. I would highly recommend 7th Generation!

Marcus and Bennie installed my new Trane unit. They were great! Very professional, worked hard, explained everything they did very clearly. Also explained how the unit worked and how to keep it clean and maintained. I was very impressed with them and with 7th Generation as I was with Kyle when he came to service my old unit. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Kyle was first class!!! He wasn’t really knowledgeable of pool heat pumps but he knew enough to troubleshoot and fix the issue we had and it was no easy task but he said he wasn’t going to leave until he had it fixed!!! And the price was really reasonable for the amount of time he was here. Would highly recommend!!!
