Very pleased with Louis & Matt’s attention to detail. I appreciate them cleaning up their workspace nicely when they were done with the job!

We had flickering lights and appliances were cycling off and on. It was a dangerous situation. We called on a Monday and they said they could get there on Wednesday. They called back and said they could come on Tuesday given the circumstances. They finished their job on Monday and Lou asked if he could come by then. He diagnosed what was wrong went and got the parts and fixed it within a half hour! We were so grateful. Lou is very professional and knows exactly what he is doing! We have found our electrical superhero!!!

Any company can do an easy job. My job presented some real challenges and 3 Palms came through with the highest degree of professionalism. Highly recommended.

They was punctual, professional, clearly experienced and took the time to explain everything, so I knew exactly what was going on. We have been working with 3 Palms for almost a year now. They started out as a company who helped us out in a bind but we were so impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, flexibility, and great attitude, that we have made them our primary electrical company to work with. I’ve worked with 3 Palms Electric a few times, but there’s one job that really stood out. We were right up against closing, and the electrical panel had to be replaced. That’s usually the kind of thing that could delay everything.

But 3 Palms jumped right in, handled it fast, the price was fair, and because of them we closed on time. That’s why I recommend them—they come through when it really matters.

Low quote among 4 companies and I found out why. They would show up at differing times. Likely during breaks from other jobs. They never worked a full eight hours as they would come up with various reasons why they needed to leave. We had to call them several times to see if they were coming. Hi and bye are not in their vocabulary, actually bordering on rude. Having worked with tradesmen in my life I didn’t have confidence they had a sound grasp of their profession. They may be more in their element with commercial work. They disconnected a ceiling light/fan in an adjacent room for no reason. They failed the rough inspection once and the final as well. I called Lou to come back for a small correction so I could pass the final, no reply. I would not hire them for any electrical job.
