When our Air Conditioner needed maintenance we called Preston's Air Conditioning And Appliance LLC and they cleaned the coil check the freon and went over everything in my air conditioning unit and show me with needed to be fixed and why. They found a burnt contactor on the outside unit and replaced it. We had a total failure of the air conditioning system in our home. I called Preston's, and Mr. Preston came exactly when he said that he would. He found the problem in about 10 minutes, and had the system up and running in another half hour. The price was fair and reasonable. We will use Preston's as our regular AC service company .

Very Good Experience, right from the initial phone call. Called 5:30 pm, and was told they would be here between 9-10 am the next day. Preston showed up right at 9am. He knew what the issue was with my fridge. He took it apart, cleaned up the water, and put everything back nice and neat and ordered the part. The part was not in stock locally, so he had the part Fed-Ex'ed overnight delivery. Just rec'd a phone call that he is on his way with the part, and my fridge will be fixed today! Absolutely excellent service! Will recommend Preston's Air Conditioning & Appliances to all my friends and family!

Very unreliable, collected payment twice for the same invoice and was unable to remedy the situation. Not knowledgeable and didn't think it was important to respond to our emergency needs. Would certainly not recommend this company!

Sydney installed a new system, and I was satisfied at first. But when I had to ask him to come back and level both units inside and outside. I have had nothing but troubles with it since. I recently called him. And was told they dont travel to Port Charlotte anymore? He insta.led it...

The installation price 3 years ago seemed fair but the company never registered my warranty. Their follow service calls on what I’ve found out from others is a lackluster product was almost extortion. I’ve now had to replace the entire system again. I switched to Expert Air.
