Had issues with a breaker and electrical at my house (Home Office) and the Tru-Line team had someone out there in about an hour and a half. They did a diagnostic and replaced the breaker. Friendly and professional... I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!

We are highly satisfied with True-line's work. They came right on time, were very pleasant, kind, and highly professional.
We needed a chandelier to be added to our lobby, in our medical clinic as well as pendant lights to be hung over our check out station.
The picture tells a thousands words....we couldn't have chosen a better electrician for the job! We will only use Tru-line for future needs as it doesn't get better than them!

**My name is Pedro and I live in Trinity. To keep it short, for the past year or so I’ve been having problems with the wireless connection between the sender box and receiver box on my main TV. Today the issue got even worse, so I called them hoping they could help me better understand what was going on.

After I explained everything and answered their questions, the kind lady on the phone let me know that they normally don’t handle those types of problems. She did say they could still send a technician to take a look, but it would come with a service charge just for the visit. Instead of pushing me into that, she kindly guided me to contact the right provider directly.

I honestly thought the issue had nothing to do with DirecTV, but I called them as she suggested. After going through a few troubleshooting steps, my signal was restored (that part I’ll share in a separate review).

The important thing here is that even though they could have come out and charged me, they chose instead to guide me to the right resources. They didn’t take advantage of the situation—instead, they helped me get to the right solution. In my opinion, that shows great honesty, and I highly recommend them.**

I had Walter here to do a check on my breaker for my drier and explained to me that I had some issue with an old planal. I asked question and he answered them and explained what needs to get done to upgrade everything for safely. Every polite

This is an electrical contractor that cares! We gave Tru Line a 1931 beach bungalow to replace the entire 1931 original electrical system. They had to take great care to preserve the history and integrity of the bungalow. They did it and then some. We were very impressed. You want to use this company!

Very prompt service! I was able to have a technician out within the hour. Damian was very courteous and professional, and explained suggested services and why they were recommended. I was sent an email with a layout of the prices and descriptions for services I required about for future reference. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Riley showed up on time. Very professional and worked to get the job done efficiently. Really satisfied with the outcome of both the EV charger and the new panel. Very neat install and left the garage clean in the areas where he worked. Will definitely call True Line again and request Riley!

A crew of 3 came to our home on Friday morning, said they would be at our home between 830 and 930 am. Arrived at 825 am. 3 of the nicest, most polite and hard working young guys I've ever seen. They were professional and answered any questions we had. We were getting a new breaker box and they told us it would be an all day affair, said they would be ready to leave around 5 pm. They worked all day as fast as possible, non stop. They finished just about 5 pm and packed up to leave. They checked everything and made sure we understood how to work everything. Thanks truline for a great group of guys.
