Bay Area Cool has been a trusted, reliable service provider for our air conditioning needs for years. Their employees, especially Bill Haddix, is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious and thorough. He does outstanding, high quality work! Bay Area Cool is fortunate to have him on their team! We were fortunate to have him as our technician!

It was easy to schedule today’s service call. The service cost was very fair and the work done was excellent.

Bay Area’s technician (Jeff M) arrived promptly at 8am with a professional get to work attitude. He was able to clean a couple internal components, adjust some settings and paid attention to little details that when combined can cause bigger problem. He was insightful and shared his knowledge and understanding at a level that a home owner could understand. It appears that the humidity problem is solved and the air is smelling fresh again. It’s worth mentioning that another AC company attempted to fix this issue a few times only to have it happen again the next year. If you have a Carrier AC, Bay Area is worth a call to investigate the problem.

These guys installed my 5 Ton unit 10 years ago and I’ve been using them ever since for annual maintenance. I highly recommend them!

12/21/23 call this morning with a service request and they actually came about three hours later. Fixed the issue Quickly. Thanks very much.

7/13/24 Had my annual maintenance service this week. Gerald did a great thorough job. I recommend Bay Area AC to friends and family.

7/10/25 Chris did a very thorough job servicing by two units. Will continue to use Bay Area well into the future.

10/20/25 Paul installed two 4th Gen Nest Thermostats. Very quick and definitely knew what he was doing. Great job!

Kevin was amazing! So kind, funny, and worked hard to make sure everything worked perfectly.

Showed up on time and promptly got to work. Along the install they invited any questions I might have. Install was excellent and cleaned everything up. Super guys!

Jeff Myers from Bay Area Air Conditioning was great! He cleaned our mini split in less then an hour, very clean job. Took care of the outside unit and the one in the bedroom too. Left everything nice and tidy, really appreicate the fast service. Highly reccomend Jeff and Bay Area AC!

Kevin was efficient and friendly. I am happy with his work and finding the problem. He determined that a broken part was under warranty. He ordered it and will return with the part. I recommend Kevin. Installation will be $200.

I called a few other air conditioning companies but got voicemail. Call Bay Area and spoke to a real person. Kevin responded to my residence, was on time, and a pleasure to deal with. I found him knowledgeable and professional.

Kevin showed up quickly on Saturday when I discovered AC was not working. He quickly diagnosed the issue and informed me that the part was back at their location and couldn’t be installed until Monday. He told me someone would contact me Monday morning to settings up and give me a price. Well, everyone did what they committed to. That’s rare these days.
