Nick came out and we reviewed what trees I needed trimmed and a couple of special requests I had. He promptly sent me a good bid and we scheduled a time for the work. When his crew arrived Nick introduced me to the crew boss and explained all the details to him of what I wanted trimmed and my specific requests. The crew got right work on did a great job. They did a thorough clean up I am very pleased with the work. I definitely recommend Nick and Hayes Tree Service

Nick and his team were awesome. We had several problem trees (six 50’ oaks) that become even more problematic after Hurricane Milton. Nick gave us a good price and his team was able to take all the trees down in one day-absolutely amazing. We will be using Hayes for all our future tree needs and we would highly recommend Nick and his team at Hayes for your tree needs.

I'm in Land O Lakes and tried out Hayes recently for the first time and was very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. They were prompt to answer my inquiry call on the first try vs leaving a mssg and never hearing back from others. Quick to show up for an estimate and equally prompt to schedule the work. The crew showed up on time and within 2 hours trimmed 4 palms, cut down a large tree and trimmed various other trees. The work was done professionally and clean up was great. They are not the cheapest but I learned my lesson on going with the cheapest guys for tree work - won't do it again. They did work with me though to customize my job to fit within my budget. Highly recommend them and will be using them again next time Palms need a trim.

We are so happy and impressed with Hayes Tree Service! HTS has been taking care of our very tall palm tree for a few years now and recently we ask them to trim our beautiful oak in our backyard. I was worried that trimming to much off would change her beauty but I trusted them completely and was not disappointed! Thank you Nick and Sandy (Owners) and the team that came out and did an amazing job!!! If I could give you a 20 star rating I would!!!!

Nick and his crew arrived early and removed 3 big trees for us. They did an amazing job. His crew is very Professional and kept me informed through the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for any type of tree work 😊

We had another tree company remove an old oak tree, the bid seemed fair & he could do the job quickly so we hired him. The bid was to take down the tree, remove the debris and grind the stump. He cut down the tree & piled the debris behind our home in a common area that’s used to turn around because the street dead ends. Told us he’d be back in 5 days to pick up the debris and needless to say, he never showed up. We attempted to get him out here but he never came. We called Hayes, left a message and Nick returned the call that evening. Nick, the owner, came to look at the job the next day including another tree on the property that needed trimming. Said his crew was not far from us & would try to get them here the same day. They came and worked without stopping for several hours and thanks to him & his crew, we are back to normal. We will be using this company from now on, they’re wonderful! If you need tree work done, do not hesitate to call them!

This is my 4th experience with tree companies. They aren't even done yet, and can I just say THESE ARE THE BIG BOYS OF TREE COMPANIES IN THIS AREA. The other companies can't compete with the efficiency. Im in AWE. ..what they accomplished in an hour and a half is incredible. This by far is the most honest, reasonably priced and hard working tree company in this area. Nick was easy to work with, and I really love the way he extends a veterans discount, even if it's your parents, so nice ! Thanks Hayes tree company. Used them again to remove a tree in my front yard. Fast and efficient, 45 minutes in & out. Great crew !

Very professional. We went over the trimming 3 times to ensure they got it right and we were told they usually trim more than discussed because the view from the tree is more telling than on the ground. They did all the work discussed and more. Very punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. The crew worked together very well. They have newer equipment and use all the safety equipment you could imagine. They left us some wood chips for mulch and made sure to use the oaks for the wood chips before putting in the palm tree trimmings. We went over the completed project twice just to make sure we were content with the work. We have already recommended Hayes Tree Service to two other people.

Good service is hard to find sometimes, I'm super happy with Hayes tree service. We had our tree removed yesterday and everything was exactly the way it was presented. We received 5 quotes and they beat them all, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves even though it was raining like crazy. Hopefully we won't have to remove any more trees anytime soon but I would definitely use them again.

What a great job. Nick, owner came out to give me estimate on trimming 35ft Bismarck palm and was reasonable price. His crew came today and great job and cleanup. Thank you all for great service.

My initial phone call was answered right away. On time to provide an estimate and on time the day of the service. Everything went smoothly, and they were very respectful of my property. I am very happy with the work done.

I had a very good experience with the company from the moment I scheduled the appointment to the actual job being done. Nick (owner) was very friendly & knowledgeable and explained the process when he came out for estimate. On day of the job, the crew came even earlier than scheduled . I was very delighted since I'm all about punctuality. The crew was great. Job was done in no time and clean up was done quickly. No complaints here. I definitely recommend the company. As a renter, I was looking for affordable options for tree trimming on trees that were years overgrown, predating my tenancy. Nick and crew did great work at a fair price and the dangerous limbs covering my house and driveway are gone. Sun is able to get through to the soil now and I should be able to start growing grass again. Thank you!

We are so very pleased with the huge job Hayes Tree Service did for us. Multiple storm damaged trees removed, including a giant Live Oak leaning at the corner of our house. Nick and his crew arrived on time, with a mix of heavy equipment, chain saws, bobcat, stump grinder, chipper, and more. They worked as an efficient expert team, quickly and safely. The cleanup was amazing, and included extras I didn't expect. I highly recommend Hayes Tree Service for their skill, pricing and honest work ethics. Hayes tree service has come out a few times and taken down several medium & large trees on our property. They also trimmed some branches off some trees. Nick (the owner) did an excellent job explaining their entire process and did a before and after walkthrough with us to ensure everything was completed correctly. The crew worked efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. They also were kind enough to take some branches and brush we had cut down ourselves. We will definitely be using their services again!

We had the crew from Hayes Tree Service to prune a huge Oak tree in our front yard. The owner, Nick, was on site to introduce his crew, led by Jeremy. The were respectful, knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. We were more than pleased with the results. They did a thorough job of cleaning up. We have already scheduled for them to return for another tree. We highly recommend them!

Nick (the owner) and Curtis and his crew were absolutely amazing. Curtis arrived to do a free consultation as my father and I prepared for the hurricane currently heading towards Florida, answered every question I had, and used his substantial experience and knowledge to make me feel like I was in the right hands. The next day, Curtis and his crew arrived early and worked tirelessly to remove branches that could potentially become dangerous. They were thorough, professional, and cleaned up completely after their work. I can't recommend them enough for anyone in the area who needs tree work done, especially when time is of the essence.

June 21,2022. Hayes did a PHENOMENAL job!!!! They didn't mind me watching or taking pictures. The guys did so much more than we expected. I will brag about how impressed I am to anyone needing tree service. Great Job for a great price!!!
