Conditioned Air is VERY fortunate to have an employee in Emiliyan. He installed a new AC unit in my home and was very professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. He took the time to speak with a technician who does regular system maintenance on my AC and he patiently explained how my new thermostat works. An overall great experience.

Technician was on time and highly qualified. Diagnosed problem and reviewed our options. He departed in less than hour. A/C is working great and we fully satisfied.

A/C was down on Sunday. I called Conditioned Air and had a service called scheduled for that afternoon. The outer unit was not turning on. Jake did a thourough inspection of the unit and determined the problem. It was fixed immediately. He stood by to verify it would not shut down abnormally and also to makes sure the house was cooling. Very polite.

Always positive experiences. We use Conditioned Air as our annual maintenance provider. Each tech seems qualified and has performed our service checks on time, shared suggestions, answered questions and been very thorough.

Jacob was fastidious in making sure that our HVAC works properly. He spent an hour inspecting and testing every component, thoroughly cleaning the drain line, validating all settings, and even cleaning the compressor's cooling fins outdoor. Amazing care and concern. His predecessor, Keith, was equally good 6 months ago. This company seems to really ensure that its team shows a totally professional and considerate attitude and execution of their work. I am so happy we have a full service contract with this company.

Our technician, Ryan Pearce (Conditioned Air Co.) did a fantastic job checking out our HVAC system. He called to inform us he was on his way, he was on time, professional, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. He was efficient and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Joshua the technician today was excellent. He called in advance and showed up right on time. He was extremely thorough and answered any questions I had with easy to understand explanations

I have been using Conditioned Air for over 9 years and was always satisfied with their service. Today’s maintenance visit of technician Jacob Mielke wasn’t a difference. He went above and beyond, checked everything, cleaned thoroughly and explained every step of what was done. Great job.
