Had a great experience with Chill Squad and I will def' recommend them! We hired them for our previous property so with our new home we called them to do the maintenance. Dave was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We look forward to working with them again.

The technician was a great service man and was trained very well in the AC I have. He found the outside unit was a low end unit and the air handler was top end and was able to figure out why the heater would work with the thermostat but would shut off the fan in heating mode!👍

Nick explained to me that when another company come out and try to charge me thousands of dollars for something I didn’t need On duct work! So then I’ll be using them for my maintenance now twice a year and then I also got a surge protector for my all my appliances and my new AC peace of mind

this was my first experience with Chill Squad, and I am very impressed with every step of the process... yes, the hottest day all winter and of course the AC is not working. I had a huge negative experience with the company that sold me my AC unit, they started out great but became greedy, sloppy and abusive. I vowed to not let them touch my AC again, I had asked friends and family about a company they used and felt comfortable with and sadly they all had closed and were not available until Monday and it is currently Friday evening. I was searching for a company that offered 24-hour emergency service and went to the Chill Squad website and made the decision to call. From the first-person whom I spoke with I felt that they were listening to me and cared about what I was saying. She called be back within 5 minutes to let me know that a tech would get to me within an hour. I was pleased as my home was now at 86 degrees. Nick called me within 30 minutes to say he would be here within 20 minutes, once he was here, I felt I was in great hands as he knew what he was speaking about and was familiar with my AC unit. After he opened the covering, he saw that it was frozen, and he offered the reasons why it would freeze. He told me the coil was not very dirty as that was one of the reasons, it may freeze, but since mine was not that dirty it was another reason. I was taken aback as the last company told me that my coil was very dirty and needed to be removed and cleaned and quoted me 800.00 dollars to do that. I did some research and the most I found on average was about 400.00 so I told the previous company NO!... Nick said that where the coil was located it could be easily cleaned and he hosed it down. I felt reassured that I had made the correct choice in Chill Squad and Nick Adams. He was able to locate my issue and spent the better part of an hour working on getting my AC running. It is now a very comfortable 78 degrees in my home and I was very happy with every detail that Nick handled. He even turned my hose off, ok that might sound like a little thing, but the fools were here last time failed to do something as simple as that. I can rest assured that in the future if there are any issues with my AC I know who to call and that they are professional and actually care about the homeowner and these days that is a rare quality. 5 STARS ALL THEY WAY.

I called Chill Squad, to do a maintenance on my unit, Nick returned and I was pretty happy as he had been here the last time and he is familiar with my A/C system, I was thinking that it should be time for a cleaning, we had a pretty rough summer last year 2024 and I really wanted my A/C running as well as can be expected. Considering how much these A/C systems cost and the fact that we do use them here almost every month it is always a good idea to find a company that you trust, everything that I said in my first review is the same with this review. I am currently considering joining their maintenance plan, which is paid on a monthly basis, it is always better to be prepared for anything, especially in SWFL where we are always getting pretty nasty weather and we NEED our A/C to survive.

Chill Squad was amazing and came to the rescue when our AC was failing us! They were quick to respond, and did a fantastic job getting us back up and running! We are very thankful to Chill Squad and their team. I would highly recommend this company for your AC needs!

My AC kept shutting off (severe clogged drain line). Ofc it stopped working on a Sunday. I called Chill Squad and Steve was here in less than 30 mins (my lucky day) bc I had been waiting on another company that kept pushing me later and later. Steve came out and fixed my issue and was so informative. He explained everything, every step of the way. Thank you so much Steve. You were so kind and professional.

Chill Squad has been my HVAC service provider for several years. I highly recommend them if you need service or a new HVAC unit. Great customer service still exists with Chill Squad!!!

Dave and Nick came out to fix an issue with my AC. We had another company out for maintenance a while back and Dave pointed out a few area they missed. He took time to educate me about the AC and completed the fix to get my system working like new again. They went above and beyond to make sure our house was cool. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC work.

I would recommend this Chill Squad to anybody who has an air-conditioning problem. They gave me a quote stuck to the quote extremely professional, extremely courteous was a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with Nick Adams, couldn't ask for a better guy to come fix my a/c. To give some background...I had a couple other companies come take a look at my a/c. One company wanted me to replace my whole a/c without even looking at what the issue was, hard pass. The second guy did a "quick fix" which I thought was good at the time, but soon had problems all over again. So I decided to call Chill Squad and they sent Nick to my house. The guy was very polite, very thorough and was able to fix the REAL issue without trying to give me any snake oil salesman pitch. A truly honest, hardworking guy. Though I hope to never have to call them to come fix my a/c again, I would not hesitate to call Chill Squad and ask specifically for Nick. Great service, 5 stars!

My experience with them has been very good so far. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He gave me his cell number which was a positive for me being he is the owner. They came out quickly and finished the job in a timely manner. Installers were knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend them for your AC needs.

Steve with chill squad was very helpful and took his time to explain what he was doing and did a good job getting our unit back up and running. Thankful that chill squad was able to get us into their schedule same day.

Very Professional AC Techs came to our house today and cleaned the outside coils, flushed the drain line, changed the filter, and checked the overall system!
This makes the second home we entrusted to Chill Squad! I highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC system!

Excellent customer service. The technicians are always amiable, knowledgeable (and speak English!!!). I appreciate how they always show pictures of my commercial units. They explain why something does or does not need to be replaced and likely timelines for parts that may need to be replaced in the future. If I have a question or am missing information, all it takes is a quick call and Jennifer takes care of it. Great company to work with.

I had Chill Squad come out last week to install a mini-split and they did an amazing job! They came out for the estimate right away and as soon as I agreed the unit was installed the next morning. Communication was a 10 out of 10, I received a text message that even let me track where the technician was on the way to my house. The technicians were really nice and I felt comfortable with all of them. They were able to get the unit installed in just a few hours and it feels amazing inside my bedroom now. It’s super cold and there is no humidity now. I’m sleeping like a baby now. Thank you so much for the great service!
