Elite AC is a very good company to deal with! I called today with an issue and Gus promptly went over to check out the problem. He repaired the issue, all the while communicating via text and photos. He was great!! What a relief to have the AC fixed! He even videoed his departure, confirming lights were off and everything was locked up and secure:) Much appreciated! Thanks Gus!

I used Elite years ago when my 5 1/2 ton unit needed replacing and have used them for preventative service over the years. I think recently had them out to look at my 2.5 ton unit . TJ came out for that visit - TJ was a consummate professional , very courteous and willing to explain the problems as well as provide pictures to while he was explaining. Trusted company great service .

Great experience with Elite! We just moved into Ft Myers and gave them a try when our A/C started failing. They replaced the whole unit within 2 days. Very engaged and communicative throughout the process. Good team to work with and we’ll be using them for all future maintenance.

We had to replace our heating/air conditioning system. We called Elite Air Cooling, Gus came out and found our blower motor wasn’t functioning. He gave us our options and with his guidance we decided to buy a new system our system was a bit over 15 years old. Gus took his time and helped us all along the way. He set us up for installation and was completely done by the next day. We are very satisfied with the whole process. TJ came out to do a maintenance service on my old unit and was very pleasant and through, down to earth and waa very honest. He explained the possible scenarios as to what I should expect being the unit is like 15 yrs old. I only bought my condo a yr ago so it's to be expected that it will soon need to be replaced.

Our tech was very nice. He came out late to help fix our air conditioning very helpful. Thank you so much. I’m seven months pregnant and was very desperate to have the air conditioner working again and they were able to help us late at night!

Today I had my Bi-year air conditioning maintenance.
The tech assigned to the task was once again Gus, all tech that have provided my service in the past were above average in their service.
Once again I truly met a exceptional tech, Gus.
He kept communication throughout the process on arrival time and the task he was performing.
Throughout the service he explained each and every detail of the service, though I’m not knowledgeable in that field I felt comfortable in his knowledge and work ethic.
I’m retired from NYC Law Enforcement, after 30 yrs
my general expectation with any service is higher than most,
Gus once again exceed my expectations, his demeanor exemplifies the definition of “Customer Service”.
My overall experience with Elite AC continues at 100% !
