I never write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after Alex came to check my AC today. First of all, I live in a complex with a maintenance staff. Whenever there is any issue, they are here to address and fix it. Well I have been complaining about my AC for almost 3 years. Every time they come check it, they look at it and ultimately just vacuum out the vents. That helps for about 5 minutes before it stops cooling again. I decided to get outside help and boy was that the best decision ever. Alex arrived the following day after I called, he looked at my AC and immediately knew that it was an old unit (20yrs to be exact). He inspected it, communicated all of the issues and got to work. He fixed it, cleaned it, installed a UV light that helps purity the air and even installed a new thermostat, all in about 1.5 hrs. Immediately, I could feel the difference in the air quality and the temperature!! Thank you Alex! I can now have a good night’s sleep because of you. I highly highly recommend Alex and FL Clean Air Plus, the name says it all!

Throughout the project, the staff communicated promptly via phone, text or email, to me and the condo's property manager to submit the required documents. They adapted to my schedule. At the end, they even gave me the information needed to register the equipment online. It is clear they care about both customer and technical service.

This company was a Godsend to us. After several days of no AC in the middle of summer heat, and multiple other companies assessments that were all very conflicting and very pricey - the wonderful technician from this company came over, took a look, diagnosed the correct problem right away and was able to fix it the same day! At a fraction of the price the others quoted. The communication with the company was amazing as well - very prompt and effective. The technician was super nice, professional, and helpful. They are amazing! Will only use them from now on for sure.

David cleaned the lint from the main duct to the roof. He installed new flexible duct pipe from each dryer to the main vent pipe. This was done on a common laundry facility involving commercial dryers. Thorough and professional. I would highly recommend.
