We used Gold Construction to remodel our 3 bedroom Brickell apartment and could not have been more pleased! The team is very knowledgeable and had excellent suggestions about how we could approach various aspects of the remodel. Many of them saved us a lot of money and were superior to the ideas put forth by other reputable contractors. From the beginning, their team provided a detailed work plan and schedule, reliable budget and established an easy means of communication through a text message group (brilliant!). We knew when they would be here, what they would be doing and when they would be finished. Whenever I was not completely happy with how something had turned out, they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. When we changed things during the project, I never felt like I was getting anything other than a fair fee on the change order. The final result was a flawless execution of our dreams, and I consider the Gold Construction team to be an extended part of our family.
