Jon just finished patching some holes I had in my stucco and he did an amazing job not just patching the hole but blending it in with the existing texture pattern of the house. My job ended up being slightly bigger in scope then I had told John originally but he was more than happy to help me take care of everything I needed. Can’t recommend him enough, definitely someone you want to call if you have any stucco needs.

I hired John Boone to repair some damaged exterior stucco. Although I knew it would be difficult to match the new stucco with the existing stucco detail, I believe John’s work is as near to perfect as you can get. John is easy to work with, showed up on time, and needed no supervision. I’m more than happy with the repairs he made and highly recommend him to anyone needing stucco repair.

Called John to perform a stucco repair on a new build. Original contractor/ builder would not honor builder warranty. John is an expert craftsman with integrity. He does exceptional work for a very fair price. You won’t be disappointed!

Could not recommend this business enough. Very courteous, professional and easy to work with. They came out right away to inspect my house for some stucco repair after having new windows installed; I had an estimate the same day and the work was completed a week later and it looks fantastic.

I recently remodeled my kitchen, and removed a 3 X 3 window. I had already done the scratch coat and brown coat myself, but decided I would let a professional handle the texture, as I have never worked with stucco before. Plus, I'm getting old, lol, and my arm hasn't recovered from the last time I lifted an eighty pound bag of stucco mix. John came out and was an absolute delight to work with. I am very pleased with the work he did, and would highly recommend him. I was afraid with all the new construction going on, that I might have trouble getting someone to come out and do such a small job, but that wasn't the case at all. His price was very fair, and I believe I got my.money's worth. I would definitely call him again if I ever needed more stucco work done.

I had noticed various small areas around the exterior of my house that required the attention of a stucco professional. John Boone Construction had so many positive reviews I called and set up an appointment. John Boone Jr, the owner came by. I was immediately impressed with the respect and courtesy he extended to me. That was followed by the minute inspection of the exterior with my input. His wealth of knowledge and expertise was demonstrated throughout the time he was there. I was extremely impressed with the way he was able to describe and diagnose the problem areas. We set up a date for work to commence and even with inclement weather he and an employee were able to carry out all repairs. The work was meticulous! He had taken detailed notes on our first meeting therefore he knew exactly what needed to be done. He is a true professional in every sense! I cannot recommend him and his company highly enough! Please call him for all your stucco needs.

I don't normally do much rating when it comes to a Company or a person or persons. However in this case I was very compelled to do just that. John Boone an company cane an gave an estimate for stucco repairs on our home ,he was prompt in the time he said he would arrive .An the same goes for the days an time we discussed for them to do the work ,even texting before arrival . Was also very fair on the pricing . John an his crew are very good at What they do so much so I would say there work was extraordinary ,right down to the clean up .It was also a pleasure watching this crew ,by that I mean they worked together an 1 man knew what needed to be done along with the rest ( working together efficiently Hugo ,Marcella ,were a couple names that I remember .I hav to say this job went as I was told .An I am very pleased with the overall experience John Boone Stucco .An would Highly Recommend them to anyway

For six years I have been surface patchIng the stucco on both sides of my house. The cracks in the stucco kept spreading every year and I would try to patch them to keep the moisture from entering into them. I decided it’s time to call the professionals to take care of this problem. I searched a few different stucco companies in the North Port area. After reading all the reviews from this website, I immediately contacted John, because his reviews were so encouraging and honest.
John arrived at my house at the exact time he had told me he would be there to access the damage,
He had the affordable estimate ready by the following day. The job was completed within that week! The stucco was perfectly matched to the existing stucco! John and his team did an amazing job!!

I hired John for a small job at my mom's house. Most contractors won't bother with small jobs, but John was willing and able to take it on. He was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He evaluated the project and gave me a quote the next day. Within a couple of weeks the job was completed and beautifully done. I would highly recommend John Boone for any stucco job you need.

I can't express how absolutely wonderful this company is! The job they did for me is perfect; better than I hoped for!! John and his crew are personable, precise, very friendly, prompt, and extremely hard working! John makes sure everything is done as if the home they are working on is his own! They did everything they told me they would; and even a few extra little things. Communication is key with clientele and John stayed in contact with me throughout our 3 days worth of work. I highly recommend john for any of your stucco work! I reached out because some of my walls were crumbling. He got back to me right away a day later came out to give me a quote which was a lot less than the previous quote I got. Had the project done in less than 2 weeks very responsive and did an awesome job

Called John about an unusual stucco job on my home. I had some old wooden decorative boxes under my eves that needed to be updated to look more streamline with the house. John was incredibly responsive, very friendly and immediately came out and gave me a fair quote. The guys were on the job earlier than expected and did an absolutely phenomenal job!! Not only was the work perfect in every way but the workers moved my potted plants out of the way so they weren't damaged and they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. If you want someone who is communicative, honest, fair and provides top notch work look no further, John Boone is your guy!

We contacted John re: repair of chipping stucco and rusting around outdoor front entry columns. He gave us an estimate along with "what if" scenarios. He scheduled the job and even texted when he was in his way.
He completed the job in one day. His workmanship was impeccable. We were very satisfied with the work he did and lines of communication he maintained.(a rarity in FL).We would highly recommend him for your construction projects.

John Boone was recommended by a contractor friend, who had him re-stucco his home. I was impressed that John does the work himself along with his co-worker. They taped heavy paper over my windows and doors to protect them and did a fantastic job with the repair work on my 1960s house. Upon completion of the work John walked me around the house to go over all areas of repair that I had pointed out during his initial visit. John is the second-generation owner of this family business and takes pride in a job well done. As you can see from all the previous reviews you won’t find a more knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, dependable and trustworthy person for any type of stucco work you could need, and his prices are reasonable. After much searching John was the only stucco worker that came to even give me an estimate. He was very fair, and honest about what needed to be done. They were careful to send pictures and get approval of more estimates when more needed work was noticed. The work was prompt and I barely even noticed they were here. Super grateful it was work I could get done before the rainy season.

John is outstanding as a person, business partner, and craftsman. The stucco on my entire house was done and brought up to a modern look while fixing any broken or uneven areas on the house. Now, everything is even and looks fantastic. His team is excellent and hard working with John as a great mentor, leader, and caring employer.
