We contacted Tri County for a second opinion on a costly repair/replacement service and they came out the following day. Kurt was very professional and was excellent at explaining the details of the job and his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and also showed us other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and some other helpful tips.
After two nights without air conditioning, he had it fixed before the end of the day and before the original company even called us back to let us know the status of the replacement/repair. Job very well done. So glad we called Tri County

I had a great experience with Tri-county Air! Larry McDonald did my six month maintenance and found my pressure was low. So, they sent a special technician Nate Davis to check the pressure and found a leak and rusting of the coils. Next, Mike Little with 23 years experience replaced the coils and my system is running efficiently. It was wonderful teamwork with Tri-county Air.

Larry was the tech that came for our annual maintenance appt. He is very friendly and personable. Did a very thorough job and I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on or in need of a new HVAC system!

Tri-County did it again. Nate Davis was the service technician. He was very professional and thorough. He explained what he did to get the unit running properly and checked all aspects of the system. Tri-county is always quick and reliable. Great value! I would highly recommend them.

We have had yearly maintenance from Tri County for the last 9 years. We have always had professional experienced knowledgeable technicians come into our home. Never recommending service or purchases that we don’t need. I highly recommend!

Nate did a thorough job servicing our hvac system and replacing a capacitor. The price for these services was very reasonable. After having a less than satisfactory experience with a different contractor who installed the system 3 years ago, we are well pleased with the services provided by Nate and TriCounty Air.

Tyler was the representative we dealt with. He had years of experience with the company and explained the entire process. Never did he come off as a “salesman” and was very authentic in helping us figure out what we needed….(he actually steered us to a package that was far less then some of the options he was showing)

He was very helpful. He went out of his way to take a look at the system, even though I didn’t have a maintenance plan. Then he fully explained what he was doing and what I should be looking out for in the future with my HVAC system. I highly recommend him

I learned of Tri-County from Sarasota Magazine...and I'm very glad I found them. I had my first visit this week and my serviceman, Casey Von Vreckin, was terrific. He was polite and very thorough in his inspection of the equipment. I then signed up for Tri-County's maintenance agreement. Oh...and a nice touch...he brought me cookies!!

Since becoming owners of an older home, Tri County has provided great help and service by updating our unit. Steve did a great job, arrived when promised and was friendly, too!

We needed to replace our ac unit and handler and after getting several quotes we went with Tri County air and are very satisfied. Justin and his team arrived on time and fully prepared. They were polite and took off their shoes when entering our house, were professional and knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had. All old equipment, duct work and debris was removed and the garage cleaned of debris. I highly recommend Justin and Tri County air. They have very competitive pricing and excellent warranty service on their equipment.
