I came home one evening to a disaster..
Bathroom flooded to the point that the carpeting was floating up, water was pouring out my front door. One call to Scotty Mac & everything was secured. The water was evacuated that night. The furniture was destroyed, as were walls & bathroom. Scotty Mac helped redesign the bathroom & repairs. He came in with a very fair price & did the job On Time, that itself is a rare thing, in S. Florida.
The job is almost done & I expect that I will be none less than 100% happy, as that's the only way Scotty Mac does work. 100% or not at all.

We did a total gut reno of our condo and Scotty, Yaira, Travis, Harold & the whole team did a fantastic job. We began our master bath remodel with excitement and trepidation...wondering if all was going to meet our expectations. The job far exceeded those expectations! My wife and I are hard workers. We toiled at double jobs for a decade to be able to purchase our new FL dream home. But we also knew when we made the purchase, that our dream would not be realized without a complete renovation. Who do you trust with your dream?

We did our homework. We asked our building administrator for approved and recommended contractors. We also asked many of our neighbors who had gone through the process. We listened, researched and read… and one name kept coming back to us over and over - Scotty Mac.

We met with Scotty and understood instantly that he was the perfect man to trust with our dream. No additional estimates were needed, we hired the best. Our renovation (during a pandemic) has gone flawlessly. While others in our building struggled with permits, certificates and shoddy workmanship - our job was done to absolute perfection. Scotty is so much more than just his sterling reputation, he is the consummate professional. Praise that applies to his entire team as well.

The job itself was poetry in motion. A complete demo, full electric, plumbing, floors, HVAC, hurricane glass, lighting, ceiling adjustments, artisan cabinetry, a show piece island, decorative tile, closet shelving… etc, etc. Everything crafted with an eye toward maximizing utility but done with a designers touch. The workmanship is like nothing you will ever see - right down to the smallest details that only Scotty sees. And speaking of “seeing”, when we were out of state, Scotty provided extensive photos of the evolving job so that we missed nothing of the process. Plus, any question we had at any stage of the project, was clarified and answered with speed and to our complete satisfaction. Scotty’s greatest gift is his ability to really listen to your vision and combine it with his own expertise, designers eye and deliver your dream.

5 star experience from start to finish. Scotty Mac and his team provided excellent quality of work and material, were very professional and reliable. I had a full kitchen remodel with new flooring throughout my condo. Scotty Mac went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and to upgrade the old 70s foundation without cutting any corners. I would highly recommend for any home renovation.

Scotty Mac and his team are terrific. Honest and Reliable. Quoted a fair price for the work. His team of long time employees showed up promptly each morning. They kept me informed while they worked. They cleaned up each day and Scotty Mac followed up with progress and completion status. Highly recommend this company for any construction and remodel work.

Scotty and his team were absolutely amazing. They did a complete renovation of a three bedroom condo in Highland Beach. When I say complete renovation, I mean down to the concrete. They had to take up huge tiles on the floor and two decks. Something that another contractor said can’t be done. He completely gutted and constructed the kitchen and three bathrooms. He has a very talented team. Not only does Scotty know his design, but Yaira, his right hand person, helped us pick out almost everything. They both kept in contact and sent us pictures of the progress. I can go on and on about Scotty and the team. It’s important to say that he has done several other condos in the building that were all great, and the very tough management at the building trusts his company to do quality work and to make things right. I would highly recommend Scotty to anyone without any hesitation.

Scotty has done a tremendous job! My wife and I purchased a condo on Las Olas Blvd., in Ft. Lauderdale. Scotty was instrumental in providing both construction and design advice that made our new home look incredible.
Scotty was referred to me by Marine Tower. Not only had Scotty done a lot of work for many residents in Marine Tower, but he had done a lot of restoration work for the condo association itself. I was also able to look at most of those jobs that were also of top quality work.
We received several quotes from other contractors, and I am very pleased that we chose to go with Scotty Mac.

We bought a 2/2 in a 1970's condo. Scotty Mac refurbished the unit completely: it was like moving into a brand new apartment! The quality of the work is excellent, the finishes and materials are all superior quality. Everything was re-done- even the wiring and the studs. A contractor neighbor who watched the construction told us that Scotty replaced items that are not visible where he could have cut corners, but didn't. We are looking for an investment property and we hope we can get Scotty to re-furbish it as well.

We had bought our condo to be our forever dream home. We were going to do all the work ourselves. But we realized that the work was far too extensive and the permits to complicated to take on ourselves. Scotty Mac had redone both units underneath us along with several other units in our building. The unit beneath us was put on the market so I was able to pull up the pictures, and had done so the whole previous year for my husband and I to use as a template to design our place. When we knew we needed a contractor, he was the only one we met with. His reputation was impeccable and we had seen his was was as well. We had already purchased most of the items. Cabinets and tub and toilets. But Scotty worked with us a ton to get our things in there and make it all work. The whole place had to be gutted and ducks replaced as well as kitchen and bathrooms. The work turned out so incredible! We love it! And even inspectors that come into a lot of units are blown away by the end result. It is everything we hoped for.

I can't tell you how pleased we are with our newly remodeled master bathroom. We used Scotty Mac Construction, they were on time, very organized and clean...they got the job done from permits to finish in 5 months....amazing!! I would highly recommend them for any of your construction needs...they're the best!!! Thanks Scotty and Yaira.
