Nice N clean did a great job cleaning my house the first time they were here. I booked them again to come the day before I had company arriving. They were to come about 3 PM and at 12:30 I received a text stating they could not come due to a mechanical issue. Needless to say, that put me in a bind. They offered to come a different day the following week, but that was not what I needed. Yesterday and today I text and left messages for someone to please call me about cleaning again. I even called the number. I received the recording and it said please hold. Then someone picked it up and then disconnected me. This is unfortunate because they did a great job when they did come clean my house but reliability and dependability are of utmost importance.

Updated 4/21/22 Claudia from the office called me and all was resolved very quickly and professionally. They will be cleaning my home again.

We have had Nice n clean crew here coming every other week for almost two years. We love them they are so responsible respectful and organized😊 one of best crews I’ve ever had

Booking was simple, no credit card needed to pre-authorize like some companies.
Cleaners showed up on time. They asked me if I had any special cleaning needs, then scoured my house. A supervisor came to review the work. The crew was respectful of my home, and showed pride in their work. The finished job is amazing. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a client for over 5 years and very pleased with their cleaning services. Our house is big and thanks to the list we built with how we like the cleaning to be done, has been very smooth. Communication and reminders are great. Billing is automated which we love!

After going through multiple cleaning services, I stumbled upon Nice n Clean while reading their reviews on Yelp. I thought I would give them a try and here we are, two plus years later. I have three teenagers in the house, so needless to say, they make big messes. The Nice n Clean crews come in, and like miracle workers, make my house look new again! I can’t speak highly enough about how great the service is, and also how FAST they work. It’s tough vacating your house for a cleaning, and they make it quick and painless. I’ve been using Nice and Clean since 2017, and I absolutely love this company. I get my home cleaned once a month, and every team they send is thorough, neat, and consistently delivers perfection. I never have to worry because their name truly reflects their work, when they’re done, everything is genuinely nice and clean. Highly recommend!

They are usually good, but sometimes send all new people who don't understand English, then it's difficult. If one understands, then it's fine, but when no one does, it's very tough. I have been using them a long time and most often they are excellent.

Cleaners are good, but scheduling, or getting response from administration is impossible; it’s very annoying to schedule around
