Juvon was very knowledgeable and tidy with his work. very pleasant and explained what he was doing.

I was having a problem with my relatively new air-conditioning unit that air magic did NOT install(I wish they did), but I called them for service to diagnose the problem.. I have to complement everybody in the office who answered the phones, you are always kind and polite and even when I was a bit frustrated because I was hot. You were so kind The technicians, Anthony and Troy are very kind and very considerate and Very knowledgeable. They explained exactly what was wrong with my unit. I felt the cost of the repairs were very reasonable. Everyone showed up on time I was never waiting and I always received a phone call before someone was on the way. I definitely recommend air magic. Oh, I guess I should mention that my AC is blowing ice cold once again. Thank you.!!!

Troy was at my home on Monday and checked my a/c which he said was working properly. Very courteous and respectful. Love love Air Magic

Air Magic really came through with the installation of a new AC unit in my Condo in Ft Lauderdale. Juvon and his assistant were courteous, punctual and professional and quickly got the new unit up and running. Highly recommend this company!

I contacted Air Magic late yesterday because my A/C was not working. They made adjustments to the schedule to be able to fit me in. Tech Joe responded out and fixed my issues. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. He by far provided the best customer service by a service technician I have had in many, many years! Thank you Joe! I’ve used AirMagic for several years for regular maintenance and repairs. I’ve been thrilled with every service person. The front desk is always polite and accommodating. There’s always accurate communication and updates as to when service personnel will arrive. I’m on their maintenance plan so they call to schedule when due … assuring my AC stays in top condition with little involvement from me! Air Magic is competent, trustworthy and competitively priced. They simplify my life!

Joe did a great job with installing my new mini split (Mitsubishi mini split). He was very professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up very well upon completing the install. The office staff was very professional as well each time I would call their office. I would gladly use their services again as well as recommend them to others. Thanks Air Magic team!
