Hello my name is Maryanne I just had this gentleman this nice gentleman. His name is Casey and he did a job at my my house at 1861 SW. 83rd Terrace, Davie, FL he is a wonderful wonderful person and I would recommend him to anybody he’s a great guy and he’s a nice guy and a respectable guy. I see a lot of mix reviews but my experiance my experience was nothing but great! Casey came to check if the pipes needed to be changed for the main water tank. At first he thought that is what he will be doing but then he said let me try something...  After opening and closing the main valve a few times the problem was solved! Thank you Casey for being honest! I am looking forward to my master bathroom remodeling and hope that everything will go as nice and smooth. Will be posting an updated review after its done ;)

I had called Terry’s plumbing regarding my water heater not producing hot water. The thing just stopped heating the water.

It was on a Monday and after calling another plumbing service but getting an appointment date of Tuesday or Wednesday I very quickly called Terry’s plumbing and they were able to get one of their guys out within a couple hours.

I thought I may need a brand new water heater being mine was at least 10 years old and know sometimes it’s better to get a new one than pay for a repair if it’s 10 years and more and I was ready to pay for one if needed.

Jose showed up and quickly evaluated the situation and determined that I would NOT need a new water heater and that he could repair it to working conditions. I was elated. Extra Christmas cash for me.

Jose was professional, honest, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He was a great representative of Terry’s plumbing and I highly recommend Terry for all your plumbing needs. They are a great American company!!

Finally found a plumber we can trust! Jose came out to check out our toilet that was always running that we (as not very handy people) could not get fixed. He was on time, very friendly and did a quick easy adjustment and let us know if it happened again to just give him a call. It's great to know you have someone you can trust for issues like this! We will absolutely use Terry's Plumbing again and will ask for Jose!

I will most definitely be using Terry Plumbing again if I have any more issues. Rob was punctual and very professional. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with his work. They are very efficient and their price was reasonable. All in all I have no complaints and would refer them to everyone!

I called yesterday to set up service and I was scheduled for first thing in the morning, which worked out perfectly. Jose & KB were professional and did an awesome job. They were here within the scheduled time frame and were both very respectful. Definitely will recommend and use for any future plumbing needs. They both did an awesome job with stepping me through the process of the work that was being performed. Thank you!

After having a few plumbers attempt to high ball us, Terry's Plumbing was a blessing. Did a great job walking us through our options, maintained a tidy work space, and was clearly knowledgeable. You get what you pay for, and we paid for quality.

Great service from Terry’s plumbing! Barry was awesome at helping me problem solve my issue and his instincts came in when there was a question on the power supply. I was very appreciative of that as it turned out that the wire in the wall would not have supported our existing tank, let alone the new one! Barry- Thank you again! Will definitely use Terry’s again.

I called to request a bid to replace our sewer line, and my whole experience with them on the project has been terrific. Michael came out and talked me through what he thought was the best solution and answered all my questions. After we paid a deposit, he was in contact with me and daily. The rest of the crew from Terry's were courteous and competent. I'm glad I saw the shop and then thought to call when we needed work done.

I’m so grateful to Casey, who came immediately after my bathroom flooded 3 times in 1 morning. He was very patient, knowledgable and professional. After much difficulty from my building, he fixed the problem. I’ve never used Terry’s plumbing before, but I will again.

Had very low flow in my sink and showers out of no where. We called Terry's Plumbing and they were available right away. Alex came to the house, checked my meter, the master valve and even the cut off valves and showed me it was likely the fixtures had debris from the lines. I changed all the fixtures over the weekend and he was spot on. I appreciate his honesty. Highly recommend.

We had a backup. Another plumber came out first. That plumber charged us $749 for a snake and camera. He said that we had a break and needed to replace the pipes. He refused to give us a copy of the video or a written estimate. We called Terry's for a second opinion. He charged us $400 for the same work (the backup had already reoccured) but also gave is a copy of the video and a written estimate. He didn't find a break, which was supported by the video. He also recommended replacing the pipes, though. Backup has not reoccurred.

Terry's Plumbing might very well be the best plumbing company in South Florida. I've used them three times now and they never disappoint. First, they're on time - usually the same day you call. Second, the crew is fast, courteous, and thorough. And third, their prices are honest and fair.
Master Plumber Steven, who carries the Encyclopedia of Plumbing around in his head, and his helper Mark spent the better part of 5/29/19 at my house replacing worn-out pipes in my laundry room. It was a complicated and tedious job, but this Dynamic Duo accomplished it with ease, and they actually left the place cleaner than when they started. Plus they were nice to my dog!
So call Terry's. You'll be glad you did.

Highly recommend. Called at 10 and Mark arrived by noon. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced! Had a new, upgraded kitchen faucet installed that I had already purchased.

My hot water tankless system wasn’t working in my apartment and I called Terrys Plumbing this morning , first time, and within 45 minutes they’re here and made an assessment.
The service man, Alex ,did a wonderful job, as he went and got the new hot water heater and installed it and was done promptly.
He was professional, courteous, and competent. I will keep your phone number close for the future and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thanks again Terrys Plumbing.

The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient resulting in a great value for our project. I will definitely use Terry's for all future plumbing needs. This is the first time I have used Terry's. When I called the office the phone was answered immediately. Priscilla listened carefully to my description of the issue (needed to replace a kitchen faucet) and suggested that I send pictures of the issue and the type of faucet I wanted to make sure I had everything ready for the technician. She also suggested that I visit Noland's Plumbing supply to purchase a replacement faucet rather than a big box DIY store. This resulted in purchasing a much higher quality faucet for almost the same price. The technician did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of my experience with Terry's Plumbing. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for all future projects.

Received great same-day service from Michael within an hour of my call! He assessed the problem and was very knowledgeable. The drain stoppage and backup into my kitchen sink was cleared in no time. If you're looking for good work done at reasonable prices, call Terry's Plumbing. I plan on using them again for any future plumbing needs.

I have been using Terry's plumbing since May. My most recent visit inspired me to write this review.
Monday I called Terry's to have a new shower installed. I had researched what would be required, and thought there was only one part of the job that my handyman could not do, involving what they call "sweating the pipes". Of course, the new shower required much more skill and experience than I thought!
I asked for an estimate up front for both the shower and to diagnose and repair a slightly leaky toilet.
I was very happy with Coulton and Casey. They gave me a free estimate in my home and a package price that was more reasonable than pricing the toilet and the shower separately. They did the work that day. Casey, who was new to me, is a master plumber. He is very professional, and funny, and Colton was his usual helpful and friendly self. I would definitely recommend Terry's Plumbing to my friends and my neighbors.

Now, when you need service really fast like in an emergency, I was so lucky to have Casey from Terrys plumbing come to my apartment and fix my water leak. He installed the water heater in the morning and left and then all of a sudden I had an emergency with my bathroom sink with a water leak underneath my bathroom sink so he took the time to go back out to shop for my faucet and came back the same day to install a new faucet and to fix my leak. He’s very dependable. He knows his craft and the staff is outstanding very friendly and personable. I will be calling him again when I need more plumbing! Again Casey thank you so much for everything. I really appreciate it.

Terry's Plumbing came to our house right away for water leak in front yard. Terry determined the leak was a city problem and he call the city to explain what was going on. The city fixed the leak by the end of the day.
We have use Terry's Plumbing for the past 8 years for all of or properties. Great Service!

Definitely recommend for any of your plumbing or installing needs! They put a brand new faucet in my kitchen at a great price! The technician was great, efficient and met all my expectations. Angela who answers the phone is very polite and makes sure she answers any questions you have! Very sweet. Overall great experience with this company. Will use again in the future.
