WHAT IS HAPPENING? AS I AM READING THE REVIEWS TODAY, I SEE MIXED ONES IN MY OPINION.. SOME ARE GREAT, RESPONSIBLE, PROFESSIONAL... OTHERS ARE NOT RESPONSIVE, NO CALLS..ETC.. WE HAVE A BRAND NEW HOME AND ALL 3 BATHROOMS BACKED UP, IN THE BEGINNING I WAS CALLING ANOTHER COMPANY BUT THEY COULD NOT COME OUT ON THAT SAME DAY. SO THEY GAVE ME THE # TO THIS COMPANY. OH GOD! LET ME START BY SAYING THIS GUYS IS AWESOME, GREAT PERSONALITY, AND WORKS ALONE.
BUT IM SORRY, THE FOLLOWING DAY WE HAD TO CALL HIM AGAIN, TWO DAYS LATER THE ISSUE STARTED AGAIN, SO I WENT TO LOWES AND STARTED A TREATMENT, I WORKED FOR 2 DAYS. MY HUSBAND TEXTED, CALLED (LEFT MESSAGE) AND NOTHING :-( ALL THAT MONEY LOST.

They never showed, never called to cancel. Made appointment, stayed home to meet them. They did not show. Called six times, never heard back. Awful customer service. Do not use them.

I had a leak found at 6pm today. The web says, hours of operation till 8pm. They are a few blocks away and he was not interested in helping with shutting water off until the next morning. Really ??? I wont need him tomorrow as he works from a residents and may be a scam co.
