On Thursday night, my kitchen recessed lights went out. The next morning I called Bright Futures with the expectation they wouldn't get to it until Monday. To my pleasant surprise, Jacqueline told me that she would send Ellis, the outstanding electrician who worked on my previous problem, right away. The courteous and polite Ellis fixed the problem in no time. Thank you so much Jacqueline and Ellis!

I would give them 0 but I can't. They are extremely rude, horrible at there jobs, and usually cost more than the companies with much better service. It doesn't matter if it's new construction or a repair they always end up costing more than the quote. they either do stuff wrong or just give an incorrect quote. The employees are mistreated, underpaid and over worked. there's no competition when it comes to their craftsmanship it's poor, like they just don't care.

They came out to fix my place and didn't do a damn thing I have a circuit breaker keeps kicking that they put the Box in use them again they said they can't don't know what's wrong but they wanted to put more electricity in and charge me more money

I set an appointment four days early. The text showed up and looked at the job but he didn't have the right materials. He left for an hour. When returned he said he had an emergency job to go to and I will have to reschedule. I told him I didn't take a day off work to reschedule. I'm here now because this is the appointment your company set for me. He picked up his ladder and left. When I called the company they told me he was an on-call technician and they had pulled him off to go to another job that was an emergency,( an emergency job is one you can charge more for) they said this is their policy. I told them the policy was terrible you don't set an appointment with someone, tell them that's their time, start the job then walk out. Horrible business practice! There are so many electricians available why run the risk of this happening to you?!
