Air Hawk is amazing. Tim came out to give us an estimate to replace our system, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and generally fantastic.

Our installers were Tyron and Henry. These two were amazing. Our system had leaked while we were out of town and left a huge mess and destroyed the return plenum which added a ton of work for these guys but they reacted like it was a normal Tuesday. They were amazing. I know I said it already, but it should be said again. The installation of the air handler, supply plenum, return plenum, and condensing unit are top notch and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. If you're not using Air Hawk, you're missing out.

My AC equipment failed and I needed to get it replaced so I called AirHawk.
The techs were clean and efficient and left no evidence that they were even at our house.

Shannon was out to our house a couple hours after I called and fixed our AC after it being off for two days. I asked about a maintenance plan. He gave me those options but was not pushy at all. I think the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Air Hawk Heating and Cooling.

Air Hawk’s technician, Shannon, carefully looked over my A/C system. He cleaned it out and found the system’s discharge pipe needs to be insulated as well as attic space itself needs more insulation. Shannon cleaned the discharge pipe and the outside unit. The A/C system has been working great and with Air Hawk’s help it will remain that way.

Called air hawk on Saturday and they were there on Tuesday after the holiday to instal new Carrier 3 Ton unit. Raymond and Joel were professional, on time and left area clean. Very happy with their install. Tenants are happy again. Look forward to doing business with them for a long time.

The Air Hawk team are all amazing!! Don gave us an estimate and was very thorough and explained our different choices. He also called several times to check on us and see how we were doing. The installation went great too! Tyran and Henry were amazing and got the job done. They left everything super clean and where a pleasure to have. I was also impressed with the person that called the day before the installation. She went over all the details of what to expect at installation. I feel like Air Hawk really does have the customers best interest in mind. 8 highly recommend Air Hawk!!

The technician arrived earlier than scheduled but reached out beforehand, so that was great. I felt confident that he had checked everything out, and he made a suggestion of what I could do differently to help keep the drain line clear.

100% satisfied with the service I received from Air Hawk. Tech came out, had us up and cooling quickly. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even told me some tips and things to watch out for in the future. Air Hawk was great about letting me know when to expect the technician, Jason was also great, letting me know about not using bleach or vinegar through the ac drip line only one gallon of hot water every other month. Thank you, I would highly recommend Air Hawk for their services.

I've been using Air Hawk for 10 years now. They're always quick and nice. I see a lot of the same techs, which really says something about the company.

Had a great experience from the estimate to getting the installation completed, everything worked well.
Shannon was professional and helpful all along the way with providing information, listening patiently to our AC needs, getting me the estimates and getting install scheduled.

Tyron Delara who did the installation did a great job. He is very thorough and fast in doing his work. He did everything very neatly and in a clean and efficient manner. Great experience overall so far.

Shannon Lessig was my first point of contact, discussing all of my options, true to his word I received my estimates before he even left my street. Nick and Shane are Rock Stars!!!! truly professional air-conditioning installation artist, They were professional answered all of my questions removed all the old equipment, installed all the new equipment and cleaned up after them selves. All of which was completed in what I thought was a small window of time. Listen folks, I’m not a very trusting person, but I will tell you if the need arises to service my air conditioning unit, I will not hesitate to contact Air Hawk Heating and Cooling period! And neither should you!

My AC stopped blowing cold air yesterday and the temps in my house were rising. I called Air Hawk and they scheduled me same day. Shannon came out at the scheduled time and had my AC up and running in no time. Such honest & professional service. I was super impressed with everything from beginning to end. We have had the maintenance plan with Air Hawk for several years now. A technician provides the maintenance service on our AC unit every 6 months. This keeps our unit running smoothly & efficiently. Drake was the very thorough when he provided our service today. He took his time, was very professional, and did an excellent job. 8/11/25 update: Drake performed my maintenance and gave excellent service. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even had to finish the job during an afternoon downpour but handled it with grace and enthusiasm!
