Kevin from Air Zone Air conditioning is a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly person. He is been to my house twice for 2 different issues. He spotted the issue within few mins and quickly resolved the issue related A/C not working. I really recommend air zone as they are very quick to respond, help get the parts Sooners in all effort to solve the customer issues as quickly as they can with all proper diagnosis.

They came out the day I called to check. Diagnosed an expensive fix for a 10 year old A/C system. So, instead, they were able to come out the next day and install a new unit!! They were on time and very polite. Highly recommend. Glad I have my semi annual checkup with them.

The technician was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He found an issue and fixed it quickly. I went through the Duke Energy program and this only cost me $50!

The lady in the office is a bit rude, but if you can get past that, I would highly recommend this company.

Air Zone did an install at my condo 7 years ago. Recently had them out for maintenance and to install IAQ UV product. Response was prompt and technician was great! System is running perfect!

great customer service ! Service men showed up on time got right to work and were done in 4 hours from start to finish and that includes cleaning up after themselves unit works great and came with a 1 year all parts and labor warranty . Respectful of property as well 👍

I've used this company a few times, Tim has been our tech over the last few years. It really helps when you have the same tech, as he gets to know your system in addition, it shows the retention of the company's employees. We had our original ac over 22 years and Tim easily could have recommended a new system years ago. Well it finally caved and it was time. Pricing was fair, discount for cash. System went out over the weekend and by Tuesday two techs came for an entire new AC system. Extremely professional, very nice, efficient. The work was amazing, product is working nicely. It is new, so hopefully no issues. I will update regarding g any changes or warranty issues however I anticipate none.

Had my winter check-up and was short on Freon and was able to correct the problem immediately. Also made sure system was all in excellent condition. Air Zone technician was professional and right on time and went right to work.

Mike performed a very thorough service inspection of my air conditioning unit.
Performed maintenance inspection on the unit to discover that the Freon level was below standard. Installed one pound of Freon as needed. Overall excellent service call performed by Mike R.

The installers were very good, the "Boss" at the end would not take a cashiers check and I had to leave work to go directly to the bank to given "cash" to the company. Very strange to refuse a cashiers check???

Very professional and honest about what service was needed for our air conditioner. Responded quickly when our unit quit working at night. The technician was excellent. Definitely will use them again.

This is not my business and the trust factor is everything. I am so happy to have been introduced to them - they are A/C company that will do my HVAC Maintenance - starting in 2 weeks! I couldn’t ask for more! Mike arrived promptly and got right to work. He is a doll and really knows his stuff. When he recommends something he explains the why and doesn’t push too hard. I would recommend Air Zone to anybody and everybody!

Air Zone installed a new unit in my single family home 6 months ago. No issues and free 6 month checkup done and system is running great. Would recommend.
