Chad was very prompt with our appointment. Took the time to answer my questions and explained everything he did today. Will definitely recommend him.

I thought V was very thorough and made sure the system was running as best as it could be given the setup. He optimized what he could and will provide an estimate for potential future work. I also appreciate how he explained everything to me to make sure I understood what he was seeing.

Quick to respond, reasonable. Our technician, Anthony, was kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely use their services in the future.

Another great experience with ‘I Know a Guy’. Prompt, courteous, and professional. The communication to send me reminders of my appointment, and provide updates when they are on the way is a top notch customer experience.

These guys are awesome. Dependable, competent, honest and faily priced.

Great work! Very professional, on time and quick with giving feedback. As I realtor, Id recommend I Know A Guy to all of my clients who need A/C services

Kenny and Josh were professional, funny and, most importantly, honest. Very difficult to find a reliable, honest and fair A/C company in Tampa. "I Know A Guy AC" has you covered. And the name is hilarious!

On top of the team being amazing and all 4 technicians being friendly and professional the work was completed and we have cold air blowing through our house. Thank you!

Excellent service by knowledgeable, friendly, hard working technicians that are focused on resolving the issue at hand and not trying to sell some membership or other thing I don’t need. I highly recommend!

Amazingly fast service! Vidal was right out to repair my AC unit and was reasonable and extremely courteous. Will definitely use this company in the future.

On time and got right on the job. I have several rental properties that they take care of and all the Tenants commend them on their professional, timeliness and expertise. Kenny called me personally to get approval and to provide feedback on a couple units. Glad to have Kenny taking care of my homes’ AC systems.

Chad was fantastic. He was super professional, knowledgeable and fast. I got home late Sunday night to a hot house with 2 AC units not working. I Know A Guy was there at 9am Monday morning to get my AC back up and running.

Vidal the technician was the BEST we have ever had. He was very thorough and did a great job on our preventative maintenance on our AC units.
Would highly recommend I Know A Guy AC!

I’d like to give a huge thank you too. I know a guy AC. We are a business in Tampa and we had called three other AC companies that same day and could not get anybody to come out. I gave these guys a call and they were out within two hours and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend I know a guy. AC.

Arrived early, great communication via text, friendly, respectful, didn't try to upsell, price comparable to other companies

After a really bad experience with another company, these guys came in and fixed what was missed, only did what we needed without upselling, and were totally professional and thorough. Highly recommend I Know A Guy!

First class service from I Know A Guy.Thanks Josh and Kenny for identifying the problem and getting my AC up and running again!Great technicians.Very thorough and courteous too. Also many thanks to Chad for all your assistance and getting your techs out promptly.I highly recommend this company for their professional, honest and reliable service.Look no further. You won’t be disappointed.Cheers!

Thorough, detail oriented, solutions oriented, organized, friendly and reasonably priced. It's hard to get all of those qualities out of a Tradesman anymore. But Chad and his guys are all of that.
