We were very pleased with the continuous great service thru 3J’s plumbing service. Renovating our bathroom from the Hurricane’s and had a lot of issues and 3 J’s service came out gave a fair estimate and returned the next day and completed the request with great success.We highly recommend them and appreciate them coming to the Hood! After leak detection company found leak coming from my shower spout, I searched online for a plumber, I called 3J's because I appreciated that they had their pricing available online, they were a family owned local business and had good reviews. They answered the phone on the first call, and were able to help me that evening. I appreciated that they could meet me at at time that was convenient for me and didn't charge me an after hours rate. Father and son duo came together, they were punctual (early actually!) and very polite. They were efficient and quickly found the problem and were done within 1 hour. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was fixed and that I had no more leaks. I thought their pricing was very reasonable. They did not leave a mess and were very respectful of my home and my kids that were curious. I would highly recommend them and if needed will call them again in the future.

Called b/c of the reviews and spoke with James who was very prompt. I advised him of my concern he was doing a job and came right over afterwards great communication. He came with his son explained everything needing to be done did excellent excellent excellent work and not only fixed my problem/leak but went above and beyond. Very happy with their efficiency and highly recommended. Super nice family!!!

3 J’s plumbing service was very responsive to my inquiry and gave me very rapid response, especially considering my hot water heater was an odd size. Markos showed up right on time was very thorough and meticulous. He kept me informed every step of the project and he stayed a long time to make sure everything was working correctly after installation. Definitely recommend this company!

Just have to say, have called these folks numerous times and will continue to do so. Great service, fine work, and the nicest people. Small business takes care us and we need to take care of them.

James was referred through my Choice Home Warranty policy and changed the appointment time that was set up, to better accommodate my schedule. He filed a claim to replace my hot water heater elements and came back on Saturday morning to replace them, right on time. He also checked out and repaired, at my cost, but reasonable, and toilet issue. Very friendly and enjoyed talking with him about life in general. I would highly recommend 3Js for any plumbing issue.

5 years later, my new insurance, and much better, LibertyHomeGuard sent 3 J's out again for a toilet seal repair that was slightly leaking. Jordan came out and replaced the seal under my toilet which apparently had been leaking a lot of grease over the past couple days. He did a great job and was very professional. I would recommend 3 J's Plumbing Service for any Plumbing needs. The owner James Hull replaced my
hot water heater elements a few years ago, and I had a good experience back then also, as I've indicated above. And Kiisha in the office was very helpful in getting the work done.

We've used 3 J's repeatedly, for leaky toilet valves, a full toilet replacement, and recently to install a whole-house water filtration system. They were even able to drill into the house so they could install the unit inside our garage, to keep it safe from the elements. They always offer quick service, a fair price, and quality work. And we love that they are local!

3 J's Plumbing is a locally owned family business I called out to my home to replace two water shutoffs and conduct a clean out. During both situations, on separate days, their techs were always on-time, professional and extremely knowledgeable.The work they performed was done very efficiently and exemplary. They turned a very stressful situation into a very satisfying one. Their response time was very fast. I couldn't be happier that I have finally found a skillful and reasonably priced plumber. The plumber called 30 minutes before he was due to show up to inform us he was on the way. He arrived timely and was show the work that needed to be done in the kitchen as well as guest bathroom. He quoted the price for the work and obtained the needed tools and replacement parts. He went to work very professionally and quickly made the repairs. He cleaned up after wards and informed us that the work was guaranteed for one year. Would highly recommend this company and have used their services three other times prior.

As always, 3 J's Plumbing came through for me again. After installing a new sink we found there was a major blockage in the line. They worked hours to get the problem remedied which included climbing onto the 2nd story roof to clean out the stack.
Problems solved and appreciated.

We woke up to a leaking water heater today. I found 3 J’s through a quick search and James was here within 30 minutes to take a look. The same day he was able to replace our water heater and get us up and running at a reasonable price. We found our go-to plumber!

We live in a house that was built in the 1960's. For many years we had problems with the washing machine drain backing up. Finally, 3J's Plumbing replaces some old pipes that couldn't handle the modern washing machines. Now we can do laundry with worrying about drain backing up. They also cleaned out the kitchen vent drainpipe and plumbing is now flow good. very nice work crew.

I’m so glad that I found 3J’s plumbing. They came out so quickly from the time service was requested! James showed up, he was polite, professional, and on time. He communicated very well what he was doing, and what was recommended. He even did a nice job cleaning up. I will be calling back soon to have some hydro jetting done.
