Why can’t all companies be this honest and transparent? My AC motor gave out and instead of trying to upsell me a new unit like many have before they fixed the capacitor and got it up and running and just told me my unit may be almost 15 years old but it’s running fine and should keep me good for a while longer

I was having some issues with my A/C, so a friend recommended Rightway A/C & Refrigeration to me. When I called, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and showed great customer service skills which is a rare quality to find nowadays. The technician was there on time. He was able to identify what was going on with my A/C fairly quick and had it up and running in no time. The price for their services was extremely reasonable also. Overall, I was really happy with their services, and would definitely recommend to everyone.

They were great. My AC was not working i called them and they came to check within the hour. They fixed the AC quickly. They were honest and did not charge a lot of money. As a realtor i have ACs breakdown all the time. I am glad i found an honest company.

I would definitely recommend Rightway A/C. Robert arrived early, worked diligently and was professional at all times during the visit. His work was really clean and neat and picked up after himself. I'm glad I called Rightway to service my AC unit.

I had an issue with my A/C at my beach apartment around 7:00 PM, and by 7:45 PM a technician was already on-site. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I’m very happy with Rightway — the service was outstanding. The tech, Esteban, did an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Driver of the truck and trailer for this company nearly merged into my car and a different vehicle previously in bumper to bumper traffic. Had to stop entirely to prevent a collision. Doubt he is experienced with customer service or general people skills as he honked at us for honking to let him know he nearly hit us.
