My Amana Air Conditioner is a real a quality unit that Matthew (owner) recommended to me 4 years ago when he personally came out to show me exactly what it would cost to have it installed with no hidden prices! The service people that come out every six months to do there service check on the operation of the inside unit and the outside compressor are very polite and experienced in their knowledge and professionalism of knowing the Amana Air Conditioner. My units have operated four years without one problem! I appreciate Matthew the owner also recommending me to get the ten years extended service warranty plan just in case there ever would be a problem come up with the unit. The price I paid for the extended service warranty would easy be spent and more one cost of a major component! I can’t know say enough about this company B-Cool Air Conditioning Company!!

Denis provided the annual service for my HVAC unit. He was neat in his company uniform and overall appearance, knowledgeable, and professional. He kept me informed on his progress and provided a complete overview of his findings when he had completed the service. I have utilized B-cool for over 5 years and they have always been great to work with. I would recommend the firm.

After a different HVAC company (contracted by Lowe's) came out and claimed my 2 year old condenser unit was failing and tried to sell me on a whole new system for a cool 20-24k, I decided to get a second opinion from a relatively small HVAC company, and went with B-Cool per my brother in laws recommendation. I am so glad I did. They showed that my system was fine as it was, and just recommended the yearly tune up. I went ahead and got that along with their APCO air purifier to help improve air quality. Matt B and Dylan are extremely knowledgeable in their field and don't push selling full systems like other companies do. They are all about maintenance and repair to extend the life of any system they work with. I cannot recommend them any higher. Happy and loyal customer for them.

The technician was very kind and informative! He was respectful of our home and patient with our nosy puppy! Would highly recommend!

From estimate through installation, it was a pleasure to do business with this family-owned company. They came highly recommended, and Matt (the owner) and Adam did not disappoint. The office staff was extremely helpful as well. The change-out was done within 2 weeks of the estimate. They did it in a timely manner with confidence and great attention to detail. They cleaned up the job site and made sure that I was comfortable with operating the new system. They even took care of the warranty registration for me, and will be facilitating the permit process as well. They have a biannual maintenance program that I will be utilizing. Overall, I got a high-performance system at a very competitive cost, installed by a very professional and user friendly company. A very good experience that I would highly recommend.

We had a problem with our old AC unit we called b-cool out. They came out right away I had and old unit he tried to fix and did keep it running for another day then gave me a price for a new a better unit. The next day the unit finally gave up he moved up my appointment by several days because the other unit finally gave up he was out when he said he was going to.Was very professional you could see he new what he was doing. Cleaned up after the job explained everything about the the unit and it’s care did not try too rush thru. I would recommend him and his company to anybody that I know great work thank you very much Kenneth Smith 👍👍

Normally, I'm not a fan of writing reviews, but B-Cool definitely deserves one; and a good one at that! This is the first time I've used them, and they were fantastic! To start, the receptionist on the phone was really friendly and nice. She really put me at ease during a stressful time! A technician was able to come to the house the same day that we called. We were experiencing freezing rain and the overnight temperature had dropped to 30°F! The next night was going to be similar conditions and we needed someone quick! The technician was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of both of our units and thermostats. He was able to fix the problems and also did an entire assessment of our two units. He recorded all the measurements and observations of our units on a tablet computer with photos included. At the end of his visit, we sat down and he went through everything he did. He showed me the photos of the unit, pressure readings, voltage, etc., and then gave recommendations for future maintenance and such. Overall a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this company!

From the schedulers to the technicians, I have only ever had excellent service. Our contractor introduced us to B Cool years ago and I’m so glad he did!
Since this first post I’ve continued to have excellent service from Dylan and the other techs. They are thorough, trustworthy and neat.

Rob came out within an hour, explained how everything worked, was very professional, and thorough. We will call for him if any further issues!

This should have been a 4 hour job, but took longer to chip away some brick to gain the real estate needed to run the copper tubing. The crew worked diligently to make this happen and we are very pleased with the look and function of our new mini-split.

The entire crew including office staff , Matt(owner),Cody(Tech) gave excellent customer service from a timely on the spot estimate to the total installation 2 days later. There’s not enough words to describe the level of professionalism and they have extremely good prices. They definitely went over and above our expectations!!!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Updated review, my first review was 5 star and this one is too, as a reoccurring customer, I am very happy to get my mini split install. Very professionally done and both of the tradesmen did a wonderful job. My unit works great. Will do business again in the future.

This company installed my outside HVAC unit and made sure everything was correct and would work with the inside unit when a prior contractor dropped the ball. They ensured the unit would function properly and met all code requirements. I have them come out for periodic checks and maintenance, the most recent occurring today. The technician today, Rolando, was both personable and professional, and he performed a thorough check of the entire system. I highly recommend this company as all the techs have been knowledgeable and helpful.

Adam and Dylan did a fantastic job installing a minisplit AC unit in our master bedroom. We have a 5 bedroom house and the central AC was not enough. I am so happy with the new mini split they installed. The room is freezing cold. These guys are amazing!!

Be Cool made a could be stressful time feel completely manageable! Matt went above and beyond to keep us at ease throughout the entire process. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. It truly felt like they were there for us — not just doing a job, but genuinely helping. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We've been really happy with B-cool over the years. They are really good communicators and their technicians are both kind and knowledgeable. Their rates seem reasonable too. All in all, we would highly recommend!
