Michael Adams is the man! He helped fix my Moen Shower. The 20 Year old 1222 cartridge stem broke off. (If the Cartridge does not pull out with the tool, I highly recommend you call Michael). You can thank me later! :)

Michael was awesome! He came out late afternoon to fix our leaky kitchen sink at short notice. Took him maybe an hour or two total. Very professional and courteous and even informed us of a secondary water shutoff location the previous owner failed to tell us about. Very resonable rates and I highly recommend going through him vurses a bigger plumbing company. He will be our go-to guy for future plumbing issues.

We needed a simple shower faucet repair...sent multiple requests via Yelp. Mike responded quickly with a quote over text with some pics, while most other responders wanted a call the next day...which would just add more time to the process. Mike committed to a price, and a Saturday afternoon appointment, just before Christmas but most importantly only a couple days from my request. He showed up on time (not very common these days, it seems) and did great work very quickly. It turned out the prior plumbers (during our reno) had not installed the moen valve sleeve, and that led to my faucet failure and meant my replacement part could not be installed without one. Mike tracked down the part for me the next morning and showed up on a Sunday (who does that anymore?) to finish the job. Personable, reliable, and competent...all things I look for in a contractor working for me. And the cost...exactly what he quoted plus the part (with NO markup). No surprises, just good solid work. Can't say enough good about Mike and he'll be my go-to plumber in the future should I need one.

Called up Mike this morning thinking I needed to spend $300+ to remove and install a new garbage disposal but thanks to his honesty and natural ability to assist he suggested I try seeing if it’s just clogged and use the Allen Wrench tool to see if that did the trick. 15 mins later 14 of which I spent finding the tool lol unclogged and back to new again. I appreciate the over the phone assist and will def be calling you back with real issues in the future! Thanks again highly recommend.

After a staggering quote from Roto Rooter I could not accept I called for a second companies assessment. Michael Adams was a local plumber and so I went this route instead of large company. There were no commission paid salesmen giving me one price then a waived camera fee to reduce price by $650 to make me jump. It took a little longer to locate sewer line but he kept his word on his quote. A local taking care of locals. Hard to find. Highly recommended. Thanks Mike.

My toilet tank cracked, I got in touch with Michael and TJ & Ellis arrived in about an hour. They replaced the toilet, cleaned up and were gone. Excellent job. Michael has made a couple repairs at my house now and is always responsive and honest. Highly recommend.

Michael put in a 1/2 bath, connected the new toilet to the main sewer line under the slab,, moved a washer and dryer hookup, removed a hater heater, installed a tankless/ propane on-demand water heater, ran plumbing to a new bathroom sink and new utility sink. All I can say is that he did an amazing job. He was professional and extremely competent. Michael worked really hard and anyone who asks me for a plumber, all I have is good things to say about Michael.

Techs were there for 1:45mins and the bill was $550.
It’s my fault for not asking for a quote but I didn’t think it would be $275/hr.
Lesson learned. After the fact, I called a large plumbing company just to get a benchmark and they quoted $319 for the same job.

Was a no show. When I called, he said it would be the next day before he could get to me, and I said that was fine. The next day, I called at the beginning of the time frame he had given me just to confirm, and he never returned my call or responded at all and didn't show up during the time frame. I could've been flexible if he had at least called, but ended up wasting 2 days waiting on him.
