Tony was great, helped diagnose the problem and got new parts ordered and installed. Tony had a great demeanor about him and I appreciate his work. Around 500 to fix my washer kind of sucks but it is pretty standard as far as appliances are concerned, unless you want to do things yourself. 2 parts were replaced. The machine new is 1200 though so it's worth fixing once IMO

Gabriel and Nery did a great job. Our dryer stop working late Sunday evening and they came out Tuesday morning and not only fixed the problem but basically gave a turn up and cleaned out the entire dryer, giving us 15 more years. I highly recommend them

Our serviceman (Raphael) was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. He ordered a new thermostat & in a couple of days was problem was fixed. I would rate this company 5 star, he was honest, dependable & did quality work! Definitely would use this service again!

Alexander was great! I have a stacked washer and dryer system, and he was able to tilt it to get to the filter on the bottom. The whole repair process was very fast and their online booking system and weekend appointments were very convenient. Overall, the cost was kind of expensive, the whole repair took about 10 minutes to pull the clog out of my drain filter And it cost $270. However, still providing five stars because the tech was great and I would never have been able to access the filter on the bottom on my own the way Alexander was able to.

My lint was clogged to a level I couldn’t fix myself, and they were great at explaining the problem, showing photo evidence, and checking in that I was satisfied with their work throughout the whole process. They were both very respectful and considerate of my time as well. Great work.

Courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend their service for any damaged appliances. They were able to clear out all of the lint from the drier to the roof as well.

I’ve used many appliance repair companies before, and this one is by far the best I’ve worked with. Their response fast — this time even repair and replace parts on the same day! They are very professional and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Gabriel and Nery. Great job. Efficient and professional. Washer was leaving black particles on clothing. Tub needed deep cleaning. Gabriel and Nery power washed tub. Mold! Even though I use cleaning solution on regular basis. LG top load.

I called Appliances usa pro and they came by on time. Gabriel was awesome. He made the dryer repairs, cleaned out the ducts. He checked on the roof vent and interior duct for clogs. He showed me what needed to be done. Rollers had to be replaces and the vents had to cleaned out. Our machine is finally quiet again and running smoothly. Very happy with the results.

I was very happy with the service from Appliance USA Pro. When I called, I was lucky to get an appointment right away. The technician, Alberto, was prompt, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He took the time to answer all my questions, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave a fair price for the repair.

The required parts had to be ordered, and the repair was completed the very next day, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company to others. The only minor downside is the 3% fee charged for using a credit card.

I had a tech come out for a dryer job. Alexander explained in great detail as to why such things were happening. He came in with experience and did the maintenance job perfectly. Couldn't have recommended enough.

Darwin was our appliance service guy from Appliances USA Pro. Our dishwasher was leaking and my choices were to buy a new one or replace the part. Darwin was confident that he could fix the leak. He had the part on hand in the truck and replaced it during a single visit. Very polite and efficient service. I think if I had to wait for a part and pay another service fee, I would have just bought a new dishwasher, but not the case here. Thank you Darwin for your professionalism and kindness.
