Very disappointed with the first technician that was didn’t know what he supposed to do, over charge me with small leaks, today I have Albert he come in for maintenance service, he did clean condensing units outside, clean fan blowing, changed air filter, with no charge, and he explained what was going on with my unit, I am very happy with Albert!!

Albert came out to my house to perform a maintenance went over full details of my unit. Did a whole home inspection and I really recommend it to anyone. Albert did outstanding work. This is the owner of Edward Kelly and I’m very pleased and happy with everything you’ve done for me so I give him an outstanding 10 star five star whatever it is review OK.

Carlos & Terrance came out so fast, resolved my issue with my drainline & thermostat they also did my annual maintence not too long ago! Love airpros!

Service employee Carlos seemed very knowledgeable about the air conditioning system and its operation and was willing to take the time to explain the situation and how to proceed to fix. Came back to finish job and got it done before the end of the day which I was grateful. Thank you for a nice job.

Carlos and Quae came out to inspect our system and ducts. They did an excellent job and were very courteous.

Leo is always very professional, friendly, and competent. He called with his ETA and quickly serviced our air conditioner. He took detailed pictures and explained what was going on and how to rectify the situation. He’s been servicing our air conditioner since 2023 and has always done an outstanding job!

2/13/25 Gabriel came out today for my maintenance service and he was great. Let me know what he was going to be doing on various things. Also, very knowledgeable, kind and friendly.
I really like this company, all my dealings with them have been great.

Leo was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. Broke the procedure down to layman terms so it was super easy to understand what needed to be done. As far as what needed to be done, he gave me all the available options.
Chi Chi and Alfredo did the work installing my new AC and they were great. Let me know if there were any changes that had to be made and let me know of any problems. They were here the whole day. Can't say enough about them.

Carlos did a throughout inspection and maintenance of our AC unit. He was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and gave recommendations based on what he found. We had to reschedule twice and it was done without a problem, we had a positive experience with Air Pros.
