Steve did an absolutely amazing job at identifying the cause and resolution of our leaking AC unit. He was the third vendor we had come out over the course of about 9 months, and the only one who took the time to see why the unit kept slow leaking every couple of months. He was quick to reply and coordinate with our tenant's schedule in order to come out and do the job, at a very reasonable price.
