Here for the past 5 years the new manager that's here he is one of the worst managers I have ever seen at any location he is never at the shop when I come to see him and on top of that there's some skinny lady I think her name is Amanda the way she talks to her employees for what I heard she's the area manager but the way that she talks to her employees is horrendous

On 7/18 I called in looking for a specific product. The boy on the other line confirmed that he had ordered the product I needed from another branch for a previous customer. When I confirmed that we would need some of this same product he proceeded to become a complete discourteous unprofessional. As a leader in our industry we do work from Maryland to Florida and will never use this company again.

We had a coil warranty exchange and was told the coil was ordered when we picked up coil they ordered the wrong coil. So Rick stated that they had a coil in melbourne florida available for pick up in fact he placed us on hold and called melbourne location.Then he told us the coil was there, we had a technician that was in the location we to the melbourne This has been going on for two weeks.We have lost revenue trying to dealing with Florida Cooling on processing a evaporator from a 2013 system. We then followed up with melbourne and they stated they had ordered the coil and someone changed the order and sent it to sarasota,Florida Invoice # U553557 person who changed order was OIO do not know who that is, Bottom line the customer is without cooling due to Florida cooling negligence on processing a warranty coil and ordering the correct item with the correct part number.

Worst Customer Service experince ever. Dennis couldn't tell me the price of a part that I was looking for and simply hang up the call on me. I hope that Dennis is not the owner because he will be out of business soon.
