I have a reno project Century is helping me with. We had to move our existing AC unit and they were very accommodating. There were some hiccups with the move, which I honestly kind of expected just because it’s a big project. When we had trouble, they sent out Rinaldo. The communication was accurate and professional, and he just seems to care about his work. There were a couple of trips to figure out the source but it was always timely…. Which is paramount in August in Florida. Rinaldo was so meticulous and took time to explain to me the source of the problem. AC is not simple people…. but Century, Rinaldo and Steve (the owner) have made this process a professional and high value experience for me.

I use them for my business and they have always come in the clutch during emergencies , are very fair, and good customer support. Much better than other companies I've worked with

Ronaldo came today to help with an issue with our AC. What a great genuine guy! Been using this company for years and every single person that comes to my house knows what there are doing and gets the job done! And in a friendly way. Highly recommend century air!!

We had an excellent experience with Century Air. We called at 11am and were told someone would arrive between 2:30-4:30. They called to keep us updated on their arrival and we received a text when they were were en route. They showed up within the timeframe!
Jason wore a mask and was very respectful of today’s social distancing guidelines. He walked me through what was wrong with our AC, provided a quote and took the time to explain why the issue occurred. Professional and reliable service, which is hard to come by these days.

Victor got me my appt quickly and the tech Gerardo fully explained what he was doing and did an excellent job! So kind, and cleaned up after…..definitely staying with Centry!!

We do not post a lot of reviews but we had to make sure this company got the proper credit due.

Day 1, our AC stopped working properly.

Day 2, a Century Air Conditioning & Heating representative came out to our house to diagnose it. He was very informative and did not try to convince of anything we didn’t need and didn’t tell us anything new we’ve already heard before about our unit. The unit was 15 years old and after considering the cost to fix it we decided to simply get a new unit. Steve, the owner himself came out to assess if replacing the unit really was necessary. He was down to earth, considerate about the current situation and even made sure to stay within our budget. He understood that in Florida even during normal times, having an AC break was stressful but in the middle of the current COVID-19 times it was even more stressful. He gave us plenty of options to choose from.

Day 3, Century crew was back out with the brand new unit.

Everything was done properly, quickly and efficiently. I mean in 3 days the problem occurred, was assessed and replaced to working conditions. Amazing! Even before the COVID times, customer service was starting to lack in the technical skills area but Century has given us hope again that good guys are still out there. We were impressed by their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone. Do not hesitate to hire them for your next cooling or heating issue or even just maintenance.

Victor in the Service Dept is always courteous, knowledgable & accommodating with scheduling any type of service.
I have also known Pedro for many years. He & Ronaldo diagnosed an issue with one of our units today. Pricing always fair & honest.

I recently had my first experience with Century Air and I was very impressed. I talked to Victor about the difficulty that we had been having trying to determine the source if a leak in the condenser unit, he assured me that if there was a leak they would find it. Our technician Pedro was prompt and professional and found the leak and explained the problem. Victor followed up the next day to ensure our service was satisfactory. I will definitely call on them again.

These guys were great, had two companies come out to our house first company said I needed a new system and wrote up over a $4,000.00 quote. Then Century came out, they found a problem with the wiring and replaced some type of switch. Cost of under $600.00 and said the system should last a few more years with yearly maintenance . Thank you very much for your honesty. We will recommend you to all our friends.

On time, professional, friendly and did I mention professional? A HUGE shout out to Pedro. He is the kindest, and so professional & patient; walking me through the steps of the thermostat system.

When my system was first installed; there was no trace of anyone having been in my home. Century is the BEST!

Our HVAC needed a full replacement. Century worked with us understanding our system needs to provide a few options from various vendors. The process was very easy to schedule. The team arrived on installation. They were professional and kept us updated on the progress.

Called this morning after our ac went out. The gentleman on the phone said he would have someone out between 11-3pm the same day! I was very impressed since we are in Florida and I know they are busy. I got a call around 2 letting me know the tech would be late which I was fine with because I was thankful they were coming at all sane day. Tito called, he showed up and helped us. He gave great advice and fixed the ac. He did not take advantage of our situation, we were given a good price and will be doing business with Century again!!! Century Air Conditioning & Heating has been consistent, professional and provides the best value I have found in many years. We have retained Century Air Conditioning & Heating for over a decade now and have zero reason to go elsewhere. This is a company with integrity which starts at its core and is passed down through their employees. There is something to be said about any company with long term employees. Century calls on their way, always shows up when they say they will ad there is a lot to be said about a company that returns phone calls, does what they say they are going to do and are transparent in all that they do. No surprises from this company!!! Keep up the great work!!!

We knew when we purchased our home that the former owners had not taken very good care of the existing A/C Unit. We have had other companies look at our unit and given a range of prices and explanations. Only Century has been upfront and honest. I also feel that they have been very cost effective. From day one, Century has had our backs. They have been diligent in troubleshooting and making sure our unit is fixed properly and running at its optimum. Victor has gone above and beyond to schedule same day when needed. Pedro has been an AWESOME tech. He is extremely knowledgeable and good at his job.
