Jason Hidalgo (the plumbing tech) was awesome! The plumbing service was prompt. I had a busted valve for my tub that was half broken off. He was very knowledgeable, great at explaining what he was going to do, and showed me what he did to remove it after he was done. I was talked through all pricing options completely before I was asked to approve any charges. I had to pay extra since I wanted it done on a Sunday, but the prompt, professional service was worth the price for me. Thanks!

Friendly and respectful. Jose Deleon provided clear details on issues he found in a nontechnical way that was easy to understand. He provided suggestions and a quote on replacement needed for immediate repairs and a new install for our VERY old system.

This technician Roy Ruiz is extremely knowledgeable and truly knows what he is doing. Another company was trying to charge me a large amount of money for a repair that my air conditioning system did not actually need.
He came in and within 20 minutes he diagnosed the issue correctly. He explained that everything else in my system was working perfectly and that the problem was simply the thermostat.
He accomplished in 20 minutes what two technicians from a very well-known company could not figure out in two separate two-hour visits. He goes straight to the point, is honest, and does not try to overcharge you.
You can genuinely feel that he wants to help, and that level of honesty gave me a lot of confidence. Even though my issue was already resolved when he finished, I still decided to move forward and work with him because of the trust he earned.

Brad Davidson showed up on time, knocked out the kitchen faucet installation and valve replacements in no time. Brad was very professional and a real gentleman. I would recommend Frank Gay Services to anyone.

We had an issue with our AC, and Erick Rodriguez from Frank Gay Services was fantastic. Erick is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He diagnosed my AC unit and, rather than offering a temporary fix, honestly advised that a replacement of the board was the best long-term solution for quality and functionality. While disappointing to replace, I trust his judgment and appreciate his commitment to providing real value and quality service. 10/10 for honesty and expertise.

Keith was amazing and by far the best service technician regardless of industry that we’ve had out to our house. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Not only did he explain everything in detail, but he actually showed me too. Awesome experience all around.

Our technician was LPLD-03-Lucas Hackney and he was here to fix a leaking faucet and leaking toilet gasket. He provided fantastic service! He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable helpful and patient. Basically everything I would hope for in a service technician. Also arrived early for a job that had to be done today because I’m leaving for the airport this afternoon. The job was done promptly and completely. I would definitely recommend him again. Thank you Lucas!

Jason Hidalgo was absolutely a dream for us today! We went from being worried about our new home purchase this morning due to plumbing issues and after our service we feel so relieved! We felt truly heard and the amount of time and care for us was exceptional! We joined the family plan and look forward to the Frank Gay family helping keep our home healthy!

What a great company, everyone that I had any interaction with was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Audley was the electrician that came to the house, and worked very hard for 3 days to get our electrical panel and outlets in some kind of order for my new kitchen. He did a great job. He was very professional. He worked very very hard. Hard. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Their prices were more than reasonable.

Alberto I and other man came. They were very polite. They wore their shoe covers that I appreciated. It went quick. After they were done Alberto told me about some work recommended. Kinda pricy. Last years guy was able to explain everything out. I appreciated the details. Alberto didn’t do anything wrong or say anything that was confusing . Inspection went well.

Always does a good job. Always calls before they arrive (which is one of the things I choose a company based on). Devon did a quick and well done job today unclogging my lines and showing me how it works. Likely will go to them when we re-pipe the house.

Excellent service from start to finish! Keith Robinson (OPD-02) took care of my kitchen sink problem efficiently and was very polite throughout the visit. He is highly recommended and was really nice to work with. I really appreciate the quality work and the great customer service. Five stars for Keith!

Keith was great! He arrived on time, communicated when he was on the way, and was very friendly!

Keith was very knowledgable about all the work he needed to do, explained to us everything he was about to do, and was up front about all possible costs. When the service was completed it was the exact cost Keith told us it would be and he also cleaned up all the natural mess that comes with servicing a toilet.

Exceptional Service and very thorough. We had a typical, summer AC issue and immediately called Frank Gay!
Our technician, David G. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected our AC system, diagnosed, and completed his work in a timely manner.

WOW!!! Called for AC service at 2:30 today and was told a tech would be here between 3 and 6. Joe arrived at 5 and promptly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor. He didn't have one on his truck. (Busy day for capacitors) But an associate delivered one in 15 minutes!!! Joe was very pleasant and professional at all times. I would give Frank Gay 10 stars if available to do so. By the way... This was on a Friday afternoon! Will always recommend Frank Gay to everyone I know. Great team from the dispatcher to Joe. You guys are great!

Gabriel Korn came out to do routine maintenance on our AC Unit in Mascotte. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was polite and did everything he said he would. We absolutely recommend Franks, however we will be asking for him directly for our future AC needs.
