Peggy was amazing . She got my appointment scheduled asap as she did not want me to be without AC . The tech that came out was professional friendly and very knowledgeable . They got my AC back running.. Highly recommend them

Great service very polite and Ronnie and his son Ronnie Jr. got my water heater done in a jiffy. They also put a new furnace in and helped me put in my new gas dryer months ago. I go to them all the time for a service call. Definitely would recommend them.

Gentle Wind installed leaf gutters for our house a few years ago. A year or two after that, we had a company replace our roof. I actually didn’t care for the roofing company and felt they were a bit shady! Unfortunately, a few years later we noticed the covers on the gutters were sticking up and other things were no longer secured. The roofers failed to properly reattach the gutters and the covers! Called Gentle Wind back to repair the damage. They were professional and went beyond doing a great job. I am so happy and no longer have any worries. I called Gentle Winds late yesterday after trying to fix my furnace myself. Despite the late call and it being after hours Peggy answered the phone and listened to my needs and concerns. She was able to dispatch a tech and let me know what I could expect as far as an hourly rate. Joe and Ben arrived when they said they would and we're very friendly and professional. They had a look at my furnace and installed a conversion kit that I had previously ordered and made sure my furnace was good to go prior to leaving. Saved me from another cold night.

As KICH Radio Reviews is Up To Me To Give Fair Unbiased Reviews On All Things That The Average Person Deals With, and After an Ordeal With a Bad Contractor Whom Shall For Now Remain Nameless It Was My Pleaseure To Neet The Team Of Gentle Wind LLC, They Not Only Went Out Of Their Way To Make Themselves Available to Meet And Diagnose My Homes Heating Issues, But Went Above and Beyond To Fix All That The Contractor Had Done Wrong, To Include Re Mapping Dangerous Exhaust Vents, Re Working and Properly Channeling Heat Ducts to Better Serve My Homes Needs, Adding a Furnace Capable of Providing Enough Heat to Cover Existing and Additional Square Footage to My Home, They Worked Diligently To Fix Any And All Issues I Was Facing in A Respectful, and Timely Manner, They Were Sure To Clean Up And Remove All Materials, and Debris From Previous Equipment Including The Remains of Dead Squirrels That Had Made Their Way Into My Homes Ventilation System Thank You To Peggy, Juan, and All The Crew For Your Help My Family Can Sleep In More Comfort and Health ThNks To Your Combined Efforts and Expertise.
