Mac5 has been great every time they've been to our house for various plumbing and electrical fixes. Kallel was able to quickly fix a broken water line outside our kitchen and was very knowledgeable.

They were friendly and after calling them about the price, they were willing to work with me on that so I could afford it. I really appreciate that and looking forward to my second appointment with them tomorrow.

Ivan was a great help today he set up a surge protector and switched out my old smoke detectors, he was very friendly and professional

Mr Doug Burr called me 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He presented himself very professionally. He did an outstanding job replacing a damaged power transformer. He tested the system and made sure that the circuit was functioning properly. He explained a lot about the services the company offers and they truly value customers and feedback. 7 year old water heater let go on Memorial day. MAC5 came out right away. Service rep Mike W. did a great job and a good price. Going to use MAC5 for all my future AC, plumbing and electrical service too. ac system cut out RyanBateman at Mac5 came out right away and evaluated are system contacted carrier to see if we had a warranty on iur old air hamdle. Gave us a qoute. Very pleased with Ryans knowledge and professionally. Mac5 replaced our old AC system with a new high efficiency one. Thanks Mac5. Christian Slater did a awesome job on our new ac system. Looks great. House is cooling fast. Very pleased

Trystan and Dill were very prompt, professional, and personable. I appreciate how accommodating they were to schedule a toilet install even though it was clear that the schedule is packed.

Trystan even asked if we needed any other plumbing services so it could be less expensive in the long run.

Howard is very friendly and works very hard to resolve a problem. I had to have a hot water heater replaced on New Year's Eve. He came and spent his evening here putting it in. There was a problem with it this morning, he came back, called the company and resolved the problem. I would definitely trust him with any plumbing problems I have in the future.

We hired Mac 5 back in January 2024 to do a total repipe of our IHB house that was built back in the 60's. The 2 guys that came out did an amazing job, from being personable, protecting my floors to the actual repipe job itself. Obviously, if you live in an older beachside house, we have very little attic space. These guys made a few cuts in my ceiling and fed the line through not to disrupt the insulation above and not making a mess. Very impressive. Well done guys! Job took about 2 days.

Now, I did pay for their drywall service. This took a little longer than anticipated. We were a little frustrated since we wanted get back to normalcy, but at the end of the day they made it right. Thank you. Mac 5 did the right thing. Chris that came out to finish the drywall did a great job. Thank you.

Employee Torin Glover of Mac 5 replaced our Shower Valve Cartridge when our water wouldn't turn off yesterday. Mac 5 sent Torin to our home for emergency service. Mac 5 kept us apprised as when Torin was on his way. As did Torin. He was courteous, pleasant and thorough. He did not try to upsell any additional services. We recommend Mac 5 for plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Kenny, Ivan and Kallel were amazing! These guys were knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. I will be requesting them for every plumbing and electrical job. Kallel installed a hybrid water heater for me, and Kenny and Ivan did electrical work around my home. Request these guys!

Mike did a great job diagnosing the problem when my A/C went out. He came out the same day and did a thorough job taking pictures and explaining what he found. He was able to fix it for us quickly and gave us a lot of information for the future. I’ve used this company twice and had good experiences so far.

Mac 5 was very quick to provide us a quote for a water heater and upgrading the circuit for it. Anthony was back the next day to complete the circuit upgrade and did a great job.

Update: after the circuit upgrade we had Mac 5 install a water heater for us. They were very accommodating with our schedule. Howard did an excellent job with the installation and was very friendly.

My MAC 5 team of two tackled a very difficult clogged grease drain in a restaurant setting. This was not an easy job. I particularly liked their persistent to do it right. And they did. Would recommend!

service I have gotten in a long time, Chris came in, took his time checking the system to make sure is operating as it should then recommended the service based on his findings, I could not be more happy with the results, clean install and talk through everything without holding information out.
