Short review: Mr Repair AC is a fantastic company & if you need service, call them...you won't be disappointed.

Long review:. Thank you Wally, Carlos & Michael for taking such good care of our family. My family's AC unit went out right in the middle of one of the hottest weeks of the year so far. On top of that, one of our family members just had surgery & we have dogs in the house. Needless to say, we were hoping to get the AC fixed right away. We filed a claim thru our home warranty & originally another company was assigned that said they would be out in 8 days to look at the unit. We asked if there was another company & they assigned us to Mr. Repair AC. I heard from Wally that day & Carlos came out the very next day. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. The part needed for the repair was unfortunately on back order & we were told that it could take up to 17 days to get it. By the Grace of God, the part became available a couple days later (only one in FL). Carlos & Michael came out & fixed the AC unit the day the part came in. Although dealing with this situation was a challenge, the professionalism, knowledge, efficiency & dedication that the whole team at Mr Repair AC showed made the experience a lot better. We will 100% reach out to them for any future needs we have.

Nick was friendly, professional and very thorough! He explained everything that needed to be done and how to prevent these issues in the future. Very thankful!

Came out for a warranty repair on my washer. Nick called prior to his arrival to check in and arrived on time. Completed the repair quickly and made sure the laundry room was as he found it. Would use again.

I called Mr. Repair for a dryer that wasn’t producing heat. They set the appointment promptly, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad heating element. They even had the part on hand and replaced it on the spot. The price was very reasonable, and they had my dryer up and running in no time. Very professional and great people to work with. Highly recommend!

They were excellent. Ellie in the office, I called first thing in the morning and she immediately answered the call knew everything that was going on and dispatch someone to be there between one and 4 PM, she was absolutely wonderful. Could’ve not been nicer i’m very professional. She was so professional I could’ve not asked for a better service to be honest with you and then Carlos, who did come to the house to fix the air conditioning was excellent. He explained everything he was professional. He was nice. He was kind. It’s the best service we’ve ever had with getting things repaired. I would use this company again and again they are worth every single penny that anybody pays for them their excellent , use them again and again thank you so much! Ps When they say they’re gonna call 30 minutes beforehand, they do so many companies do not and they just show up. They made sure that they called and made sure someone was home. Excellent service. Carlos could’ve not been better and nicer and Eli is excellent honestly..

Michael was absolutely lifesaver! He came out quick and fixed our ac problem within 10 mins! He was fast friendly and knowledgeable! I definitely recommend her to anyone!

Mr Nick is very nice and highly professional in his job. He is very polite and friendly to his customers. He diagnoses the problem correctly because of his experience and knowledge. I strongly recommend he should be recognized and rewarded as an outstanding employee of MR Repair company. I have dealt with him numerous times and he keeps up the same great standards of service. I had an issue with my A/C and Mr. Repair sent 2 techs over. Nick was very detailed in his explanation and expectations on what was wrong and how to maintain my A/C properly to avoid future issues.
They were on time and friendly.
I recommend them highly...and I'm extremely picky.

Carlos did a complete and accurate assessment of our A/C system and got it running quickly. He also gave us advice on how to better maintain the system as well some future considerations for us regarding the system. We highly recommend.

Approximately one month after my annual home warranty inspection of the air conditioning system, which identified no issues, the outdoor unit began making unusual noises and subsequently stopped functioning. The initial service provider assigned to address the problem canceled the appointment on the day it was scheduled. However, Mr. Repair A/C Inc. was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning and completed the repair on the same day. I appreciate the prompt and professional service provided by Mr. Repair A/C Inc. employees.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless. Installation went smooth and they were able to work around wiring from my solar panels. The technicians are punctual and knowledgeable. I will happily recommend their services to anyone that needs repairs or a new unit. Thank you Mr. Repair for an outstanding experience.

I was very satisfied with Mr. Repair. They replaced my blower mower back in 2023. I called them out a year ago for an AC tuneup. Carlos (the tech) helped me figure out why I wasn't getting much air through my vents. I was using an expensive air filter that was blocking the air. He suggested I use cheaper air filters, and it has worked very well since then. I called Mr. Repair out for another tune-up this year. Carlos took care of the unit and said it's working well and checked on any previous things that we discussed a year ago, which he actually remembered. I also want to give kudos to Molly, who does all the scheduling and answers the phones. I would recommend this business to anyone. That's looking for an AC repair company.

Mr. Repair A/C Inc. was by far the best repair company that we have ever used. They did an outstanding job and address the issues promptly! Nick came out to handle all our issues and was very kind. He explained every step of the issue and ways they were resolving it including a timeline as to when it could be repaired when parts needed to be ordered. Wally who took my calls in the office was fantastic as well! Mr. Repair A/C will be out guys going forward anytime we need something repaired! Could not be happier with all they did for us!

Joe came the following day after my A/C unit stopped running cool air. He was able to determine a faulty capacitor on the pump within a few minutes and replaced it. Very professional and fast handiwork. They did a great job!
