We will always rave about Polar Express Air Conditioning & Heating every chance we get! Heather and Derick were very professional, and genuinely honest. We trust them with all of our A/C needs and recommend them to everyone we know. They make it so easy to make an appointment and don’t keep you waiting around for them to arrive - certainly a plus! You can’t go wrong with this company!

Polar express showed up the same day we had an issue with our AC. Technician (Mohamed) was very knowledgeable and honest about repair. Capacitor was replaced and unit was up and running in no time.

Heather was very caring and helpful on the phone. She understood the urgency to repair the AC for my 94 year old mother. The tech Derick was courteous and explained what he was going to do and why. He didn't try to sell us a whole new unit ! He was efficient with the job, and cleaned up after himself. From start to finish a 10!

They were very quick and efficient. After diagnosing the issue, they were quick with the repair.

I was having a family dinner party on a Thursday evening & on Wednesday evening my air conditioner wasn’t feeling right. 🫣 By Thursday morning we knew we were in trouble & contacted Polar Express Air Conditioning & Heating LLC very early in the morning.

Heather was very accommodating & scheduled us in to get a service call. Mohammed showed up within our scheduled time frame & found the issue in a few mins. Fixed it & within 10 mins our house started getting cooler again! 💨 Our night was saved & nobody even knew we had issues earlier! 😮‍💨

I don't think I can say enough good things about this company If you are in need of AC repairs or if you were scammed and your AC is not up to par by other companies please call polar Express. This company goes all out and knows what they are doing. Polar Express came out to my location and saw what kind of hack job pure energy solutions did. they immediately got one of their contracts guys to come out and did all the necessary repairs and upgrades to get my air conditioning back to code.

Please please please use polar Express for any A/c issues you have. They are so worth the money!! You won't be disappointed.

I am not the type that normally writes reviews. But realizing that there are others out there, as I was a few weeks ago, searching for a good HVAC contractor, I felt compelled to share my thoughts. I needed a new HVAC system to be installed in my house. I contacted several contractors for quotes on different systems. What I got was several sales people trying to sell me systems that I did not want, or were not suitable for me. Polar Express turned out to be that HVAC contractor that I was hoping to find. They run a real professional company. They listen to what the customer wants. They do not try to push you in a certain direction that may be more beneficial for their interest. They offer a good selection of brand name equipment at good prices. And they have highly skilled installers. They keep their promises and make the entire process hassle free. I most certainly would be recommending them to friends and family, who could use their services.

I called Polar express this am and Derrick was able to come out this afternoon.
He was so friendly and explained everything to me which I appreciated. Very open and honest and will send me a quote on other maintenance things that didnt need to happen at this moment but will help prolong my AC life.
Which is good since ACs are so expensive. Totally recommend!

Super company! Needed whole new system due to lightning strike. Heather, Mohammed, and Raphael all kind, knowledgeable and professional people! Fair pricing and quick scheduling! They even loaned a portable AC which made those few days much more comfortable. Very happy with this company!

Polar Express Air Conditioning came highly recommended by a current client - and now I can tell you as I am now current client - their service is awesome. Heather responded after hours and made me feel better right away. My issue was not so urgent as I still had cool air blowing - but they still scheduled me right away. Can't recommend this company enough! It's super impressive how responsive they are, even on nights and weekends. Living in Florida, you know how scary it is when your A/C konks out in summer. First thing you should do is reach out to this company. They answer immediately and try to assist over the phone first. If they do need to come out, they give a fair quote that is cheaper than all the other companies in the area (and the work is top notch). Next time your A/C dies, don't panic and contact this company!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Our AC has been running weird for weeks and froze up on Monday. It took two days to diagnose the leaking evaporator coil (had to wait for the coil to thaw) and then another two days to get the part and on the schedule for replacement. That's no fault on them... it's August and everyone is having AC problems. It's all fixed now and huge shout out to Derrick and Mohammad for all their work getting our AC back on!

My experience as always was awesome the Rep. Shaquille was knowledgeable and very helpful in serving our AC. We would tell everybody to use Polar Express for your AC needs. The whole staff is awesome . We are Veterans and we stand by them as they honor our service. Keep up the good work!

Coldest weather in years. PEAC & H came out right away and found the problem. The Tech ordered the parts and installed the parts next day. We can't express how thankful we are with the tech and the company.

Amazing company in every way. We are new customers to Polar Express AC. We needed a new AC unit and chose them because of their outstanding google reviews. They installed our new Carrier in February. The entire process from initial visit to quote to contract to installation was handled quickly and extremely professionally. Unfortunately, our new AC stopped working yesterday, so we called and they were out first thing in the morning to remedy the problem which had nothing to do with the new unit but rather the breaker. Again, another wonderful experience with Derek, their technician, who was very efficient and knowledgeable. Heather, Jason, Mohammed, Rafael, and Derek are to be commended. We highly recommend Polar Express!

I called Polar this morning due to AC blowing only warm air. They were able to come out same day to assess. The tech was incredibly professional and kind. My system is quite aged so I would not have been surprised having to replace it, but they were able to fix it by replacing a part instead. This to me is a HUGE credit to their honesty and respect for customers. I’ll be using them for preventative maintenance and when I finally need that new system.
