After 15 painful years and about as many air conditioning companies we finally found one that took care of everything. They installed both an air handler and the outside unit as well.
They showed up on time delivered exactly as they said they would. Subsequently, I had the greatest night of sleep in years!

I really don't like leaving/writing reviews at all but....golly this company definitely deserves one! So I got their number from Mr. David Key who works for David Weekley Homes...big shout out to him big time!!! This was my 1st time dealing with RMI. From my 1st interaction with Denise who is awesome by my standards. She was very professional and kind! Now, for Mr. Andy, this dude is an OUTSTANDING technician who worked on my A/C unit. This guy is a WIZ A/C scientist....who solved my problem!!! I feel really blessed to have found this company. There's NO need to look any further!

I have a Carrier heat pump that broke down . Factory service company found a bad TXV . They told me the part was under warranty but it was backordered. I would have to wait about 30 days .That is not a good idea in Florida in the summer. I contacted RMI and am delighted to say they had me up and running in one day at less than the warranty cost of labor..
Their team is trained by the one of the best professionals in the business. Having spent some time in HVAC I know this to be 100% true. I had Andy for a tech and he was just fantastic and explained every detail as he went. Thank You RMI
