To the Baker Landscaping Team,

I am compelled to write this letter regarding the excellent service your team provided my properties. From the sales team to the installation team, my experience was delightful. At Bob Jensen’s suggestion, I contacted Trey Rolquin who found the species of trees I was requesting. Darrin scheduled the installation date, which I had to change to work with my schedule, this was absolutely “no problem” for Darrin, the date was altered to meet my needs. The morning of installation I got a call from Noah saying they were on the way and could I meet them on site.

His team was responsive and professional and left the site in better condition than when they arrived. It is not always easy to find great employees in the service industry however; Baker Landscaping seems to have found the right team!

Jim Collins, in his book “Good to Great” talks about having the right people in the right place on the bus. I believe at Baker Landscaping you have the people on the right truck. I can’t thank Baker Commercial Landscaping for the prompt and courteous service that is always rendered to me and my property. This past week my Pool man left me a note that said “you have a problem and you pool deck is about to collapse because of a broken sprinkler”. I immediately contacted Ted Baker who is a customer of mine and he got a crew out the next morning. They repaired the broken sprinkler fixed my pavers and installed sod on the eroded area. You would never know that anything was wrong after they left! Kudos to the Baker team and my area supervisor Leo, thank you for always caring about your customers.
