Bradley came to the house and took his time with the estimate . He got on roof and took a video and show me everything that needed replacing he also showed me all the materials and did a excellent job making sure I understood everything . Thank you

From start to finish, the entire team at Eustis Roofing were professional and courteous. Alfredo and the team that did the work were quick and efficient. They cleaned up well after they finished. He kept us informed of their progress and got the entire job done in a single day. Imanol came by after the inspection had been completed to walk me through the work. He assisted us with an item on the roof that we couldn't get to ourselves. Overall, a fantastic experience. I will recommend Eustis Roofing to my friends and family.

Christian and imanol have been outstanding and an absolute blast to work with! They’re extremely kind and charismatic. A refreshing attitude on a stressful project!

Brittany came to my house to give me an estimate on a roof repair. She climbed into attic to inspect, and found out issue was with my AC ducts and condensation from the duct insulation going bad (showed pix of issue). She gave me a roof inspection while here. Extremely friendly service! I know where i will be getting my next roof repair from in next year or so

Birttney is the best here! Call her to get you setup and taking care of. You’ll feel comfortable and know you’re getting a great setup! Highly recommend!!!

I chose this company based on the following:

1) Roof Advisor Miguel was very professional and informative and more importantly HONEST; while evaluating my old roof he also pointed out various discrepancies surrounding my A/C unit (which I bought 2 yrs ago) and the duct work attached so much so that I called the HVAC guy out to discuss. I had another roofer evaluate my roof and nothing was even mentioned about my A/C unit.
2) While the price was more than the other quotes received Miguel going beyond “the call of duty”sold me.
3) Project Manager Alfredo kept me informed on every aspect of what was going to be done throughout the entire process; which included pictures.
4) This company does not sub contract the work; they have their own employees which to me ensures precision and care of the quality of work performed! The workers had laid tarp everywhere to ensure my grounds were secure during the process.
5) Once the process was complete; Project Manager Christian was present. He provided the utmost customer service!! He not only remained present while my HVAC guy was installing my new duct work; he wanted to ensure no damage was done to my new roof… he also assisted him. Christian cared about any and all concerns I may have had. He was very attentive! When I requested some additional preventative measures to be added he saw to it that they were taken care of immediately! I’m cannot thank him enough!!!!

To end it’s very intimidating to get this kind of work done as most of us are not rich. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs;’they are passionate about the work they do and are precise and quick to get the job done while providing quality in the same process.

One of my Top Go To Roofers for my clients in Central Florida. Project Estimator Brittany is amazing and my first call for any roofing replacement and repairs.

We know there are more people who worked in the background that we didn't have direct contact with, and it's good we don't know them - this just shows how everything was smooth - thank you!
