I have noticed several negative reviews for OUC garbage pick up. I have lived in the area for over a year now and I have had no issues. My trash and recycle have always been picked up on time.

Our recycle cart broke, and we requested a new one and removal of old one. I had to contact the department a couple times. Their response was prompt, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. Please, congratulate your staff, in specific Jasmine who took care of our problem. Thank you!!

I wanted to share an extraordinary experience. I just watched a man who is a city worker get out of the truck Friday recycle route walk up to a elderly persons home and bring the recycling to the curb so his machine could dump it and took the can back to where he found it near the garage. They are an extremely elderly couple probably 90s pushing 100. It was a beautiful thing to see that compassion and care is found still these days. This guy whom ever he was needs a raise maybe a leadership role others can take example and follow by his lead.

They have a 24/7 receptacle for food waste. So instead of composting at home, you can freeze scraps and leave them here. It's from Citrus st to the right, past the gates, near the recycling bins

These guys do their best to dispose of our garbage, they are not perfect but they try to help everyone. Yes I have had hiccups, yes they have ammended it every single time. It is great to see hard working people in those solid waste trucks. My respect to y'all....

terrible el servicio que dan algunos de los empleados en varias ocasiones no quieren recojer pequenos trozos de arboles y ahora corto la grama la recojo y la hecho en un tarro y no quieren recojerla ..empleados asi hacen que la compania se vea mal necesitan un mejor entranamiento

Terribly inconsistent. They skip our street at least twice a month, call them and demand refunds when they don't do their job!

Absolutely terrible service. We have called numerous times to see when this will be resolved and have been told repeatedly that the problem will be corrected. It has not happened! this is what the area looks like today, Thursday.

they're not knowledgeable about getting rid of waste! every time I have called to ask for help recycling materials I get a snide answer (after being on hold for a while)

These people do not do their jobs! They routinely cherry pick what they feel like picking up leading to health and safety hazards strewn across Orlando’s neighborhoods. Time for Buddy to go!!!!

You have to fight with this agency for them to do their job, pick up the garbage when they are suppose to. When call to complain they don't answer the phone. It's sooooo frustrating to pay for a service and not be provided.

I'm so fed up with paying for a service and NOT receiving it. It's always the same story, you miss my trash or recycle pickup and I go to your website or call and report it. Both say leave the can out and it will be picked up within 2 days but in NEVER happens. Why should i pay for a service I don;t receive. TERRIBLE SERVICE and it's not the first time. This week my entire block was missed and there sits all the trash cans now going on 3 days.. PLEASE PICK UP MY TRASH on the days you;re supposed to, that's what I pay for. 412 E. Ridgewood St.

They have failed to pick up my trash and recycling on numerous occasions causing overstuffing of my bins. When they do pick it up they are so callous and reckless that they have severely damaged 2 bins, causing garbage to leak out and attracting racoons. I have lived in many major cities and Orlando has by far the worst solid waste employees.

I use them for commercial business, They do not pick up on time, miss days to a point that I call them 2 to 3 times a day to find out what is going on. Spoke to a supervisor and she told me to solve the problem I need to get a bigger dumpster ( $200 more a month ! ) for their incompetence !!!! I do not need a bigger dumpster if the garbage was picked up on time !

I own a commercial facility that unfortunately uses Orlando Solid Waste. Their rates are higher than comparable (privately owned) companies, their service is terrible with no credit received for skipped pickup, and I can't use anyone else. Management doesn't return phone calls. Their phone staff is not held accountable for their drivers' mistakes and management is likewise disconnected from their employees' lack of response. If they had a real job in the real world, they would be held responsible for fixing the problem, not ignoring their customers. As they do not allow competition, they are free to continue their non-work at low quality levels.

I’ve requested a trash can going on TWO MOTNHS. I have to call TWO times to get a different answer. First miserable customer service lady told me there’s no such things as a priority list and then another employee tells me I am on the priority list. Huh? Workers have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. I have a baby in diapers! And no where to throw away my trash! Was told i’d receive it two weeks ago.. where is it?
