Extremely professional and thorough with dedication to disinfect and sterilize my home. I was moving and I had several pets and needed this treatment to remove all signs and odors. This treatment sanitized the floors and walls. The treatment was successful and totally surprised everyone. You could not tell any pets had lived there. We were looking into getting our HVAC vents cleaned earlier this month as there was an intermittent odor in the home and possibly from the HVAC system. Ozone Specialist or Florida was recommended to us by a friend to sanitize and disinfect the entire house as duct cleaning only goes a few feet in from the vents. I needed more information about the ozone process, and contacted the owner Greg. He was patient, and explained the entire process in detail. Given that this product is 100% organic and FDA approved, I decided to proceed with the treatment. The result was just amazing. The odor is gone, both HVAC systems were completely sanitized. I still can’t get over how clean the entire home smells. Since last summer, I tried everything to get rid of ghost ants but they always returned. It’s now been three weeks and I haven’t seen any ants. I am impressed with the process and the service. The cost was competitive for the value received. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of sanitizing your entire home.

He discussed the ozone machine process, came out quickly to treat my home, and did multiple followup phone calls and visits back to the house to make sure the smell is odor free . After surviving cancer, my immune system was compromised from chemotherapy. Having my home ozone treated allowed me to have a place where I could finally rest, knowing it was now a sterilized and purified environment. I also have pets and although I take pride in a clean house, the presence of dogs is sometimes evident in the air itself.
