Unlike many companies in the construction industry, FLO did exactly what they agreed to do well within the agreed-upon timeframe and for the agreed-upon price. The job looks better than we expected and they cleaned up when they were finished. Excellent value. We will definitely use them again.

Fresh Look Outdoor Pavers did a patio & Fire pit area in my backyard, along with concrete edging around the front of my home. They are SUPER professional, True Experts in their trade, and it may seem unconventional in this day and age, but when it comes to Quality, Customer Service and Going Above and Beyond expectations, there is No Other company better than Fresh Look! Jessie, Andy and the crew were fantastic . We needed to redo the pool surface and decking. A friend suggested I call them and after looking at their website and meeting with them I knew I did not need to look any further. They saw our vision and actually noted a few drainage problems we were having around pool and came up with a plan. It turned out better than originally expected and we included pavers for the driveway and sidewalk. I will highly recommend them!

Last year Fresh Look Outdoor constructed a deck in our backyard and installed pavers on our front entry steps. Their work was high quality and they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. We get compliments all the time.

Just the other day I contacted them because one of the pavers on our front entry was broken by someone by accident. Fresh Look Outdoor was at our house the very next day to replace the broken paver.

Good customer service is hard to find these days but this business offers it!

We used Fresh Look Outdoor to repair, clean and seal the pavers on our driveway, front walk, and garden path, along with the travertine pavers on our pool deck. They did an AMAZING job! We would highly recommend them. We have used a few companies in the past for the same service and there was no comparison to Fresh Look Outdoor. We would not hesitate to use them again!

Fresh Look Outdoor is an amazing business to work with. We have never done home repairs, so we began with several quotes. From the moment Andy and Jesse came to our house, we knew they were the business for us! My favorite part about Fresh Look (besides the amazing work they do) is their communication. They didn’t miss a beat! Andy came to our house daily to check on the progress. We were updated often and responded to our messages quickly. Thank you Fresh Look Outdoors for our AMAZING backyard transformation. These guys have superior knowledge in their field and their communication & keen attention to customer satisfaction makes this team stand apart from all the rest. Jessie & Andy are a stellar team, experts at turning visions into a reality and applying years of experience on process, schedule & coordination. This was no small renovation and took tremendous skill at coordination due to how many different components and people that were involved with paving our pool deck, resurfacing the inside of the pool, adding a swim out bench, new jets, salt water filtration and electrical components! Jessie & Andy were patient and kind through the decision making process, and allowed our ideas to mesh with their experience. The effect was layered and I promise you we couldn't be more thrilled with the end result! This was our second time hiring this company as they completed a beautiful job on our driveway by adding pavers. We receive a ton of compliments from our neighbors, friends and family. And we couldn't be more pleased to constantly reccomend these guys! My favorite part of this renovation is that professional connections turned into friends. Just finished my second home project with FLO. Jessie and his team are consistently prompt, reasonable, skilled, and 100% professional. They did exactly what they said they would do, and the price was exactly as quoted. For this kind of work, that's a golden combination. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Just had a 6000 sq. ft. job done by FLO. Any damage done to sprinklers were 100% repaired by them. Jessie and crew were great to work with, very personable, going above and beyond in all areas.
